All was okay except the room cleaning . The manager on checkout was very understanding and tried to remedy for me.

Location

Housekeeping is lacking, they never cleaned our room appropriately. No shower gel replaced even after asking twice , dirty glasses left in room , sheets never changed, no coffee cups left for us.

That was a horrible thing for being my first time

I didn’t like nothing the stuff was rude

The fact that the stuff was rude The bedding was dirty The kitchen stuff was rude The pool had to much chlorine in it my kids was in by the pool for 30 minutes they eyes was red and burning face was red and irritated

Overall bad experience. Won’t be staying at embassy suites again.

Check in experience was bad. Got there at 2 pm and was told my room was ready. Then was told I had to pay $35 to check in the 2 hours early. Had to leave for my event and come back at 8 pm to check in. Breakfast hours on Sunday were reduced and I had to leave before the current breakfast hours so was not able to take advantage of the breakfast.

Vacationing with Grand's

It was close to every thing.

I requested fresh towels and our bathroom cleaned. The lady that came didn't speak English and didn't clean the tub,I know because there was a towel and soap still in the tub. Whe I called her on it (In Spanish) she just gave me attitude .😒

Excellent stay and great location and view from my room. Will stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel before and my expectations were met. The hotel was 10 minutes from our meeting. And the suites were just as I had expected. Im sure we will stay here again in the future.

Starbucks could have opened earlier. My flight was at 10:30 so I left at 7:50 without my Hot Mocha. Just saying.

Almost perfect!

Breakfast and the comfort of the room. The staff was very accommodating as well.

No fees for parking if we’re staying in the hotel.

Location

Bathroom sink leaked water from base so water ran all over counter when turned on. Both bathroom and bar sinks were clogged. Cleaning services and front desk person were rude. Phones in room did not work. Guy who was trying to fix things took a long time so we had to ask him to come back. He never came back. Shower curtain would not stay closed.

The hotel was very nice. Lobby and breakfast area was excellent. They have Starbucks and a lounge inside the property. Indoor pool. Four elevators. Between 5:30p.m. to 6:30p.m. they have a "mixer" in the lounge. Our room was VERY nice, big and clean. Checking in and checking out was easy. Parking was $18.00 per night, but was located next to the hotel and very convenient. It is located near the mall area and a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Our room (310) did have leaky faucets in the kitchen area and bathtub.

There was someone working in my room that the staff was unfamiliar with and the ac wasn't blowing well in the new room.

It was nice and I would stay there again, as long as I was on a lower floor.

It was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was helpful and the concierge was very nice and friendly. The location was very convenient to our event.

It was very cold in the hotel. Even with 2 hoodies, I was shivering. I'm not sure why they never had the heat on. It was so cold. The breakfast was pretty good, but not much variety. The omelet was good, but the pancakes were cold. The happy hour snacks weren't very good.
