The best hotel around for a very cheap price

Hotel is really clean, bed is super comfy and the staff is extraordianry!

I just wish checkout time was a little later but besides that I love this hotel

Great location, clean and super price.

Continental breakfast was great, met my expectations. Even though the hotel is located next to the airport, only heard one plane once one morning. Room was very comfortable.

The hairdryer isn't in a very convenient location, too far away. I found that it could be removed from the bracket that it hangs on, so I was able to use it. Personally think the hair dryer should've been installed on the same wall as the outlet, near the door to the room. Also, a hook in the bathroom would've been nice also so bath towel can be hung up.

Our stay exceeded our expectations

The breakfast was awesome, the bed was very comfy but very tall lol The shuttle was excellent. Everyone was very friendly.

They should move the smoking section away from the building & away from the main entrance of the hotel. Our window was located just above the smoking section & could smell Marijuana alot.

Perfect for a short stay!

The location and price were perfect for our needs. Plus the staff were very nice!

The hotel itself could use some updating but everything was clean and in order.

I did not enjoy my stay.

The staff was understanding with our many issues.

The sheets were constantly dirty no matter how many times we changed them. The shower was scorching hot making us unable to shower during our stay.

Exceptional

Everything was good. No complaints at all. The place was clean and the staff were friendly.

The rooms I booked could have been closer. The stay was great though.

Wonderful stay which catered perfectly to my needs.

Breakfast was fine, though a little more selection with the hot plates wouldn't go amiss. Coffee was nice and hot, orange juice was nice and cool and fresh. Very comfortable room. Great choice of tv channels. Very comfortable bed. Front of house staff were exceptional: very knowledgeable and friendly.

I think there was a sports team in the same corridor as me who were very noisy until the late hours. Although there was a no smoking policy, the corridor did smell a little bit "herbal" but didn't bother me too much.

awesome

it was very comfy, the room was a great size, bathroom shower had great water pressure, the black out curtains made it seem like the sun never came out. also the cheapest hotel I could find !

the tv didn’t work but it’s okay we don’t really use TV, the fridge also was a little broken I think but it’s okay ! it worked fine.

The location was ideal.

It was very noisy at night. The guests were allowed to congregate in the lobby for hours. They were disturbing for those of us that wanted to rest. Didn't like it

Adequate, yet certainly not setting goals for service.

Convenience of being nearby PVD airport, as well as the easy airport shuttle.

Hotel staff had no idea how I might actually reach their location from Amtrak's PVD station. People—often staff—were yelling outside my door all night.

Very good

The staff was very friendly (Bob) when we checked in. They had no issue with us checking in an hour early. The Breakfast was the best breakfast I have had at a Holtel since covid. The room was clean. The lobby was clean. The shower had lot of pressure. It is a very nice place to stay if you don't need a pool or traveling with your pet. I will stay there again if I don't have my children who like a pool or if I am not traveling with my Jack Russel.

Recommend

Location of room, near exit. No carpet, sink outside of bathroom.

Room floor wasnt swept/vacuumed, Toilet had to be flushed 3 times. Pillows way too soft. No clean blanket in the closet.

Hospitable staff, good breakfast options, nice workout space

Breakfast flatware should be presented with handles face up. So much traffic in the dining area touching all the spoons and forks is unsanitary. Foo
