I was staying in hotel to attend a wedding in another hotel nearby which was my priority. However I was pleasantly surprised by many aspects of the Hilton Garden Providence airport hotel. Peaceful breakfast area with great breakfast options, with private nooks to chat to family friends on calls, read , relax in adjoining lobby area. Free iced water and tea coffee in the lobby, all day. All reception staff were really friendly and courteous and really helpful , facilitating early check in and late check out no problem. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Quirky and interesting art pieces at reception and in lobby. Fun atmosphere with lots of wedding parties coming and going. Also it was connected to the Ironworks restaurant a great spot and across the parking lot a great Mexican bar! All round would really recommend!
Black out curtains were inside the nets, was a little confusing re whether the curtains were closed !
Maybe rooms could be a little brighter, with light (natural or electric) ?

No breakfast included so didn't have it. Expected to be able to get a cup of coffee on my way out in the morning but no coffee available from the urns by the door. They'd run out.
The staff person, Tristan, who checked me in refused to speak up. I'm hard of hearing (but wear hearing aids so you wouldn't know it) but Tristan refused to speak at an audible volume. I struggled to hear anything he mumbled at me. He refused eye contact. I observed him speaking jovially at a normal volume with men - just not with this elder woman. I had to interact with Tristan constantly as my room keys failed to work 4 different times. Very aggravating.
