I would not stay there again.

The friendly staff.The location was good. We liked the too Size.

The sink was clogged. The comforters were not clean. Hold them up to the light and see black stuff inside them. The floor in the Living area needed to be vacuumed.

Won’t stay at this location ever again!

Breakfast was cold every day, hotel was older and you could tell, the whole place had an awe full smell (worse in the elevators).

Excellent

When we arrived we had people across the hall with door propped open . Room full of people I asked front desk could I be moved they moved me no issue . Best service I could have asked for.

•Very enjoyable. •Liked the parking management. •LT, at front desk, was awesome. So nice and sincere. I appreciate that.

Location to restaurants and Opryland. Breakfast. Staff. Cleanliness.

•Tub didn’t drain properly in room. •Hotel shuttle service ended at 4 pm. •Mattress of one double bed was uneven and hard. Pillows were not comfortable. This was the first time I’ve ever had this issue. •No microwave in room or access to one. •Not enough seating for breakfast.

Too expensive for the service we got will not go there again

Breakfast was good/ location fair

The 1st room the a/c was Leaking and the carpet was wet the second room the couch bed was broken then we had to wait more than 20 minutes to get another room and I had to go down stairs made us feel not important…..

Overall good.

Location was good for my needs. Breakfast was good.

There should be a sink in the bathroom. The sink was in the bedroom in the room I stayed. House keeping should be automatic. The guest should not request it. Covid is gone.

Very good

Location was good, cleanliness is always a concern and it was most definitely clean! Loved that they had a streaming network already programmed into the tv. Hospitality was grade A+, Robert is absolutely wonderful! We loved him! Super sweet!

We were told the entire hotel was under construction with the TV situation, so we did have only 4 channels that would come through, and weren’t able to take advantage of the streaming with google chrome. But over all good stay!

We love staying here when we are in the area!!

nice and clean, easy to enter and exit, great choices of restaurants close by, the feeling of being home safe and sound.

wish we could buy the Shampoo and Conditioner they use it’s amazing.

Great place to stay when in Nashville.

Breakfast was beyond expectations and everything in and around your complex including the rooms was spotless. I would definitely consider you guys again when in Nashville.I actually asked for another night but you guys were full.
