We won't stay there again.

The hotel was where we needed to be.

Our stay the night before in southern Indiana was better with a better breakfast for more than half the cost. We understand that Nashville is a tourist town & that was not why we were there but it still seemed overpriced.

great place to stay in nashville!

the property was in a great location within walking/short driving distance of a lot of restaurants and a few sights. the property has a shuttle to take you into downtown for only $10 per person, which is very convenient! the property was clean, quiet, and comfortable as well!

Meeste personeel was vriendelijk. We konden onze kleding wassen. En service was goed. Bedden prima, kamer was in orde. Prijs/kwaliteit!

Breakfast was heel matig. Plastic bestel etc.. Was onder de maat.

Stay here!!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff was super nice and helpful!! Definitely would stay here again!! Also, great shower! Great location to Opry and restaurants!

It felt like a cozy Christmas bed and breakfast for us and we loved it

Our room was awesome we had a suite living room and bedroom and the bed was really soft and comfy our room was clean and we had plenty of space. Breakfast was good you can't beat a nice glass of oh and a waffle in the morning but my favorite part was how cozy the whole place was and they had it decorated for Christmas and it was just really amazing and staff was so very nice to us. I definitely will be back to this hotel.

There wasn't really nothing I did not like maybe it being a bit warmer in the hallway for my liking but that won't stop me from coming back

No ice available and the vending machine did not work. Pillows were uncomfortable. Overstuffed chair in the room very uncomfortable and not conducive to sitting and watching TV.

Superb

Nice, clean, very comfortable! Best shower I have ever had!!

I had changed my reservation with booking.com and they did not update the facility. They counted me as a no show and charged me. It was very difficult to get into a room. Management at the facility was accommodating.

Get better staff with a brain

Great location easy to get down town

The idiot working front desk the first night we got there. Mixed up our reservations we someone checking in at 12:30am. So the POS starts calling and knocking on our door in the middle of the night.

I was pleased with the convenience of the location and the value of the room.

the staff was very friendly upon my arrival. I arrived around 10:30 am and my check in time wasn't until 3:30pm but they had my room ready by 12:30 which was awesome. the woman at the front desk was very helpful with information about the area, specifically the gaylord where my business event was being held. breakfast was good the tables were clear and trashes were well kept. I also appreciated the included Parking for my vehicle as I had driven down from Wisconsin and I knew other hotels charge daily parking fees.

on my second day, upon return to my room, I was using the bathroom in my room (317) and I noticed there were ants crawling all over the sink, my toothbrush that I had on the sink counter and the floor, I had to go on a Rambo ant killing spree (total head count was about 37 ants) before I walked down to make the front desk aware, I did not want a new room, I wasn't upset with anyone there, I just wanted someone to be aware before a customer who wasn't so understanding had the opportunity to use room 317 and cause a scene. they said they would send someone to spray for them but I was a little nervous about what they were spraying as she didn't go into details, and it was going to be in the bathroom where all my toiletries were.

Disappointing

The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Front desk w as made aware, but maintenance never came. The room had a weird/bad smell to it. The room remained hot even after turning down the thermostat.

Fabulous location, 5 minutes to walk to a selection of bars, eateries and Catio cat lounge

Breakfast was good. Eggs, hash browns, burgers. Also cereals, yoghurt, bread, waffles, bagels, fresh fruit, porridge, muffins and coffee/tea. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Good WiFi

Great value and Location

The coffee was good. The breakfast menu was small. The staff was outstanding, friendly, and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

Wonderful stay, I recommend staying here 100%!

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very nice, the room was comfy and clean. It was close to the airport and to where we were going (Vanderbilt University) and to Broadway St. They even offered shuttle to get to Broadway St.! The breakfast was awesome and very filling, with a good variety. I really recommend this Hotel!!

I had such a great stay that I really don't have anything to improve on. I was super happy with my stay!
