Bait and switch

Nothing at all!

The air in my room was not working and maintenance was not available. Both TV remotes in the room did not work. This location did not serve breakfast. Because I was only staying for 2 nights, no housekeeping service. With all these negatives within the first 30 minutes of my arrival, I decided not to stay and asked for a refund.

It was OK for some people but definitely would not stay again.

Location

Dogs running down hallway barking at night. It was very loud due to the people that were staying. I usually stay at 5 star and thought this had some luxury, this was nowhere even close.

Good.

The beds are very comfortable and there is a TV in every room, also you have in the kitchen equipment to cook what you need and the location is good also.

The table in the suite was in a bad condition, the room was not clean enough and the coffee maker was dirty. The staff should be more nicer too.

Great facilities, great staff | Value for money

Room was super clean, amenities were fantastic for the amount we paid. Staff were very polite and accommodating. Though we didn't carry and pets, Its good to know that the hotel is pet friendly. Definitely recommending to other people.

was super great everyone was so nice (the staff, the occupants of other rooms) nice and clean and I also loved how you’d

the staff was super nice. The beds were super comfortable, I enjoyed the fluffy pillows and they had great air conditioning. I love how they had a closet and a stove top with a dish washing machine with a full size fridge.

The shower curtains seemed a little off whenever I would shower water would get on the toilet and all over the floor, also the towel drying rack wouldn’t stay on and would often fall to the floor. however that’s the only not positive thing about this stay. me and my girlfriend really enjoyed this stay I loved it 10/10

I am staying here because of work and it has been great. Nice location, clean and the staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Really like that you have your own kitchen and you can borrow utensils or kitchen home appliances from the front desk.

Very comfortable room with a full kitchen useful for a longer stay.

Very comfortable room and bed plus a fully appointed kitchen. Large modern bathroom.

Maid service only once a week, which is ok if, like many guests, one stays for only several days. Longer stays require more frequent service. Had difficulties with the room key when checking in. It took more than half an hour and numerous trips up and down in the elevator with a trolley full of luggage before staff finally acknowledged that there was a problem with the door lock and gave me a different room. Once I was in my room, however, I was very pleased with the accomodations.

Perfect Getaway with some Privacy

Very friendly staff. Popcorn bar to welcome us on first day checking in. Big spacious kitchen and love how the living room area is separate from the bedroom. It was nice to have a private sleeping area for each family member.

Not any issues with room except the ice maker wouldn't make ice the whole time. But we walked over to a nearby convenient store and got a few bags of ice for our stay. Also, there weren't any additional seats in the kitchen area. It would be nice to have a couple extra stools or something. There is a rolling chair at the long desktop/countertop area that we used and made things work by eating right beside the couch

The room was very clean - also I requested a handicapped accessible room, and that was assigned.

The bed was extremely small and uncomfortable.

no remote for living room tv, not able to change channel not able to get a replacement because it was late and maintenance not available, bedroom tv picture quality wasn’t the best.

Would spend a little more in the future for a nicer hotel

Decent value compared to other locations in the area. Nice to have laundry as an option.

I wish they would at least change the sheets/clean the rooms daily. They only do so once a week. We did encounter some small cockroaches. The bed was okay, did the job. You also have to ask for fresh linens/bring your dirty linens down to the lobby. Walls were kind of thin and the cleaning staff would be really loud in the morning - when people are on vacation they want to sleep in. Cleaning staff doesn't have to shout at each other across the hallway.

Comfortable, spacious room with friendly staff in commercial side of town

Large room with kitchen and bathroom (with tub) and a nice desk and office chair- perfect for long stays or working business. The staff was very friendly, even the cleaning staff. The hotel seemed secure even though it was in a more industrial/commercial part of town. There is no breakfast but bless their hearts, they have coffee (including decaf) 24/7 in the spacious laundry mat.

Just a heads up for those not familiar with the Clearwater/St. Pete area: The location is in a more industrial area of town so expect to drive for meals. It is nowhere near the bay (30 minutes) or the beach (35-45 minutes). The hotel is great but it is good to remember that it is a member of a lower priced chain, so the quality of chairs, linens, etc., was not like that of a Marriott Residence Inn- which is of course to be expected. I only mention it because the rates are high and someone not familiar may have incorrect expectation-- Florida in high season is very high and there are no low cost options.
