The hotel was stylish, my room was extraordinary, and the staff were welcoming. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist me and that sealed the deal for me.

The hotel was comfortable and staff were very helpful. The room was very nice and no issues apart from only one paper coffee cup per person - I asked why and was told that guests were discouraged from taking coffee in the room when they could have it and pay for it in the restaurant!
Breakfast: we paid for breakfast included but were asked to pay extra for some items including coffee. We did not expect a limited breakfast - no pastries, fruit etc. It was clearly one set breakfast and anything extra was to be paid for - not good enough!
Rooftop lounge was closed for a private function twice which was disappointing!
We paid in advance to Booking.com but the hotel took full payment on my credit card (£540.00 GDP)- very unprofessional and no answer when we emailed the hotel. This has been repaid to us now after 2 weeks.
The Hotel is very clearly used to corporate customers on a business budget but is not for families
