Einfacher, angenehmer Aufenthalt

- Zimmer sehr sauber - Gute Lage um die Gegend rund um die Tampa Bay zu erkunden - Frühstück gut aber USA typisch sehr süß (man kann sich selber Waffeln backen, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen)

- Teilweise sehr laut durch Flughafen - Bad bzw. Badewanne die Jahre gekommen aber bei dem Preis hatten wir nicht mehr erwartet

I only stayed one night and most things about the property was nice. The lighting is dim and there was a roach in my roo

Easy checking in and checking out.Frendly staff.

For two days of stay, they never cleaned the room, did not change bed linen and towels. Two days in a row, the fire alarm went off in the morning and the staff asked to go outside. The pool is dirty.

The convenience to the airport. The staff was super nice.

The fire alarm went off at 7 am and went off and on for some time that morning. Then the water got shut off during the day. Our room key was deactivated during all of the debacle.

Booking.com added over $100 per night to the room rate.

The hotel was fine but booking.com added atleast $100 a night making it the most I have ever had to pay for a standard no frills room.

The over $100 per night booking.com added to the room rate. I thought booking.com was supposed to get you better rates than the hotels offer.

Overall 1 night stay was good.

Nice clean and bright dining area. Many breakfast items to choose from. Staff was very kind and helpful as they continued communication to be sure we were able to find transportation from the airport.

I felt like the room price exceeded the quality of the room

the staff was very nice but the room left a lot to be desired. I would also have them check the bed

My main complaint is that the bathroom had mold and the toilet was not in the best shape. there was black mold or something all around the tub area. The floor in the corner where the tub and wall meet were just gross.

It is a very clean and very nice hotel . The rooms are nice and big and the staff are amazing. The breakfast is very good I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The airport is just down the road and they do have a shuttle.

Other than the billing issue, it was survivable

Breakfast was good. Different variety of food

Do not use debit card.... paid in full when arrived of $800, debted another $800 and locked that money up until bank clears transactions. All together $1600 was gone. Good thing I had money to cover the rest of my trip. If you don't have double the cost of your stay and it over draws your account, they will not cover the over draw charges.

Exceptional

The hotel is really nice it's just down the road from the Clearwater st pete airport. The staff are amazing they will answer any questions you have. We had a king bed,it is so comfortable the room is a great size with coffee in the room. There is a full breakfast starts at 7:00 if you walk away hungry it's your fault. There is coffee 24 hours a day . You will not be disappointed staying here.There is a heated pool it is amazing. I give this hotel a 10 out of 10

Could be noisy. Airport is close by so you may hear the occasional plane and it’s located in an industrial area.

Bathroom all Caulking in tub was moulding shower head was corroded Along with handicap bar. Overall bathroom made me feel like i needed another shower right after i just took one.

it would take a lot for us to go back to stay there again, even though we frequent Tampa.

they were virtually no workers there to help, and, as nice as the front desk gentlemen was, he was super slow and seemed very disinterested in helping us - both with our check in, our room issues and helping us find an alternate room (he couldn’t figure out which rooms were clean or dirty).
