Friendly staff but the property had its issues

Staff very friendly good location

The property was very dirty on the outside The worst there was plastic on the outside of the windows could not see through the windows 😝☹️

It was fine but I won’t choose this location again due to the train tracks which is no one’s fault

Bed was comfy and I liked the number of pillows provided. Staff at the front desk were very nice and accommodating to my room complaints. Appreciated that the front doors locked at 11 pm.

Didn’t care for the train tracks, had to move rooms due to the trains running all night and waking me up constantly. The second room they tried to give me smelled like weed so I asked to be moved to a third room. Lots of door slamming in the morning, my first room wasn’t very clean. I wiped everything down myself with wipes and the wipes were filthy. Breakfast wasn’t great either, the offerings were mainly carbs, some fresh fruit would’ve been a nice addition.

nice spacious room. Little strange layout, the room had a toilet room with a small sink, like a half bath then a second bathroom with a large sink and tub/shower but no toilet in that room. never seen anything like that.

Great accommodations for our OSU college visit...

Welcoming staff! Room size was great...and liked the split bathroom facilities. Close proximity to OSU! Pleasantly surprised to see visiting Big 10 team staying at this hotel...

Breakfast was a little sparse - could use some improvement...

Needs some work

We were walking distance from the activities we had planned.

Our room smelled like pot, a lamp didn't work, the water never got very hot, the ice dispenser on our floor was broken, housekeeping was very loud in the other rooms so we could not relax, and dispite there being other empty rooms a loud family was placed next to ours.

Spacious and nice rooms! Good lobby with great staff.

The TV in our room was in a weird spot. Breakfast bar was ok.

Nice place for a getaway weekend.

great location and price for what we wanted and needed.

shower controls were messed up. It was hard to find the hot water. There was a youth hockey tournament in the area the weekend we were there. They were extremely loud playing in the hallways. That’s not on the hotel though.

its simple and clean

Its so clean. i loved their shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispenser. smells so good! they have a big sofa that can be converted to bed for a extra guest. TV can be position right infront of the bed or switch facing the sofa bed. breakfast is terrific! they have beef patty, bagels, waffles, fresh milk,ham&eggs cheese crossaint. fruits etc. all warm and new. my daughter enjoyed her stay. we will definitely come back for the next stay in ohio.
