Great location for Ohio Stadium and full credit to the staff who were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. It was an extremely busy few days for the hotel due to a concert and the hotel staff didn't miss a beat. The breakfast was decent and having free parking nearby was handy. Also a shout out to the dim sum store just round the corner. Would definitely recommend it if you are visiting for a sports event or concert.
Absolutely nothing.

The size of the room and the breakfast options.
The front desk staff was less attentive than you'd hope. Slightly nitpicky, but I don't expect Guest service representatives to be on the personal phone at the front desk.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The hotel was in the perfect location and offer offered a shuttle to OSU.
Some of the staff was a little cold. Understandable that it’s in a college town, but our room was right next-door to a bar that was very lively.

A staff member was indifferent upon Check-In. Did not know how to properly confirm my reservation and after 5-10 minutes of aimlessly tooling around promptly walked away never to appear again. A second staff member came over and resolved the situation.
