The front desk employees were very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and spacious. It was nice that there was a parking garage to park in right across the street. The only thing about the room is that it had only one trash can.

Shower was dirty compared to other Hyatts I've stayed in. End table next to the couch was pretty beat up, cobwebs behind the room door. Breakfast was a joke extremely disappointed in the cleanliness and customer service. Food was gone before breakfast service timeframe. After food requests the employees said "thats enough food for breakfast" there was other guest eating and they had to-go boxes full of food. Ive never seen to-go boxes at a hotel breakfast before. Unfortunately with other guest eating all food there wasn't any left for my family of 6. They even but the juice away early so no drinks for the kids. Very disappointed in this Hyatt staffing.

In town overnight for a concert:
-Receptionist was friendly and accepted my request for a higher floor
-Free, easy parking parking right outside the hotel
-Sectional couch
-Liked the swivel tv (could watch from the couch or bed)
-Bed was comfy enough
-Nice windows / blinds
-Good shower pressure
-Fridge was a plus, would have preferred a microwave
-We did not have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that (it was offered and free)

Big rooms, friendly staff. Mattress was pretty soft (if you need a firmer mattress, look elsewhere)

My only complaint was that I was put in an accessible room (im not in a wheel chair) and the a/c was broken, however the front desk staff apologized profusely and put me in a different room. I really loved this hotel, clean, modern and I didn't hear a bunch of noise. The adjacent garage parking and resturant was very convenient. I asked for an extended checkout and without any hesitation I was extended to 1pm. I was put on a pet free floor so i didn't experience any allergic reactions. Every time I visit Ohio this will be my go to spot! Simply fabulous!

This is our second time staying here while going to Blue Jackets games and it will be our go to moving forward if the price is right. Its about 5 minutes from the arena and nice and safe and quiet.

My husband and I were in town for a concert at The Bluestone venue. The location was very safe, clean with close proximity to a local market. Easy parking on the property. The hotel had excellent customer service from start to finish. Very clean room. Bed was comfortable with impeccable linens and towels. Breakfast with many choices for all. We will definitely stay here again if we return. Would highly recommend this hotel. Only recommendation would be to offer coffee earlier in the AM for those early morning flights and throughout the day. (Room coffee makers are a pain)

This place was not located near restaurants or shops as listed. It was a quick drive to local places and to the convention center (the reason we were there). The breakfast pictures were deceiving. While the food was good, it was not as presented online. Staff was very friendly and the pool was great. Parking was super easy at the parking lot across the street.

The hotel was very clean, check-in was speedy and staff was very friendly. The room was large and comfortable, breakfast was good, only complaint was that the breakfast area was small and very crowded. I would offer better fruit, the bananas were very brown, and I would also offer disposable plates and bowls.

We loved this hotel and will be staying here exclusively when we come into town. The staff was wonderful, the location is great, the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is amazing!

Our stay here was one of the best! Beds were super comfy, everything was clean, checkin was easy. We used the pool and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Which even had fresh berries! The location was in a quiet area so there was no annoying traffic. I don’t have any negatives to say about this hotel. Thank you!

We stay here for Crew games. It's a nice walk to and from the stadium. We like to stay on the higher floors due to the view and they don't have as much wear and tear it seems as the lower ones. Beds are okay and toilets are strong.

Great location for OSU game. About 3 miles from stadium. Hotel offers a shuttle that will drop you off about a mile from stadium or easy Uber ride over. Staff was friendly and helpful in suggestions for places to eat.
