Really nice hotel in a great location. Clean room. Very quiet. Staff was hardworking and courteous. Breakfast was maintained very nicely and had a little bit extra than your normal run-of-the-mill free hotel breakfast. Nice lounge/bar area as well. Only about an 8 minute drive from the downtown Columbus area.

The hotel is clean and up to date. The breakfast is nice. My biggest complaint it that it is a very busy hotel so it was often noisy. All hours of the day and night there were people in the halls and it felt like you could hear every door in the hotel when is slammed. Even their bellman was in the hall being loud and banging on our door with someone elses suitcase as he unloaded them. There was a party across the hall one night. When the front desk came upstairs at 11 pm, they were out in the hall drinking. She told them someone said there was fighting and for the person's name who was on the room and she wasn't there. She did nothing and let them stay in the hall. There is a train that runs about 50 ft away from the hotel and homeless people digging in the dumpster. The dryers didn't work. Our sinks had no hot water. The bed hurt my back.

Our stay was amazing. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Love that the shower and toilet are in separate spaces! Service was top notch and breakfast was great! Centrally located to the Downtown area and just a 5 min drive to OSU and any restaurants you could want! We will definitely be staying again!

The service here has been absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to the rest of the staff we have been tested so well. One night after a very long day when we walked in the front desk clerk even called me by my first name. I found that very nice. The bar area was a nice touch. Breakfast was ok, nothing great, but it was nice to have a hot meal before spending our day at the hospital. When we needed to extend our stay, they worked hard at keeping it a sewmless transition. Well done to everyone there.

dirty linens in the hall, roaches, stink bugs, sinks that dont drain, air vents as loud as jets. terrible. will not recommend.

Everything was great. I had concerns about the curtain because it was in disrepair. I also noticed that the bed wasn’t made on one of the cleaning days and the trash liner wasn’t replaced. Not really a big deal but I had specifically asked for the bed to be made because my daughter was sitting with her husband in the hospital and coming back for naps in a lovely bed would be appreciated.

The breakfast was great at this hotel, the rook was clean but a bit odd with the toilet not in the bathroom with the bathtub, but in another separate little room. The pool was quite small, the area seemed dark, and dingy. Not a bad hotel, but the pool area could be much more inviting for sure.

This property was easy to get to and centrally located between the areas we wanted to visit - Easton and Short North. The property looked recently updated and had a nice little market, clean gym and breakfast area. Parking was good too. We got there early and they got us checked in right away. Super fast and easy check-in process too. Friendly staff. We did have an extremely noisy neighbor right above us, no fault of the hotel. I waited a couple hours and when I called the front desk they handled it and the party quieted down. I would definitely stay again. Affordable too!!! Comfy beds, nice desk area.

Very nice, super clean hotel. The hotel room was very large and had everything we needed. The only thing that kept us from choosing 5 stars was the bed and pillows were not comfortable in our opinion. Otherwise they would have received 5 stars from us!

So... a couple of issues. The pool was overly saturated with chlorine. I mean eyes burning, nose hairs singed. I wasn't even in the water, and my eyes burned. My kids were in for 15 minutes, and I asked them to get out bc the fumes seemed unsafe. Defiantly needed to reshower to get that off their skin. As soon as we leave the pool area, all you can smell is chlorine in your nose. Like working with bleach in a unvented area. Breakfast was a regular basic continental. Hot frozen sausage patties and hard-boiled eggs were the closest one could get to hot foods. They did have prewrapped, premade burritos and breakfast sandwiches. A guy in the lobby that turned out to be a loiter. I realized when he didn't have a key card to reenter the building after hours then proceeded to ask me for .85 cent, then a $1. All in all, I've paid cheaper prices for the same basic amenities in other places in the US. Overpriced and over hyped bc of the OSU area.

Hotel was esthetically pleasing. It shows well. It falls apart in the details. The bed was lumpy and hard. Couch was stained with who knows what. I got food poisoning from the breakfast bar. Glad we were only there one night. Even though it ruined our stay and we had to leave the city early

Staff was super friendly. The hot part of the breakfast was not great, but it rarely is very good at a hotel. The staff worked really hard to keep everything full and clean.

We’ve stayed here a few times and even though it’s slightly more expensive, it is well worth it! We tried a couple other places close by: one didn’t have heat that worked and another was in renovation and had furniture piled everywhere!

The property and rooms had a modern feel and the staff were nice and helpful.The only things I did not like is the breakfast did not have any plant based opinions. It would have been nice to have potatoes or hash browns. More fruits would have also been nice. They just had bananas.
