Superb

In room coffee machine was clogged and when I stepped out of the room to ask cleaning staff about it, she let me know that she would have it replaced. 5mins later I had a brand new un-boxed coffee machine outside my room door.

Overall, a good experience. wanted a place near Saratoga Springs .

breakfast options in the area. stores nearby. proximity to highway.

This hotel is one terrific place to stay.

My friend and I were almost staggered by the friendliness we encountered from EVERYONE at this Hilton Garden Inn. From our initial greeting at the front desk to our LOVELY server Danielle at dinner (where we had a delicious meal) to our breakfast server to various housekeeping staff to the front desk at check out, the warmth, kindness and generosity almost bowled us over. We began by smiling about this and departed feeling so cheered by the atmosphere that we have spent days since remarking on how lovely everyone was. Kudos to you all. The top execs at Hilton should be made aware of what a terrific job you are doing and use your facility when they train others. Thank you for a lovely visit. Oh, and hold on to Danielle. She is a treasure.

Used location for racetrack access. It fulfilled my needs for comfort and clean requirements

Clean and great location for Saratoga racing. Also, great location because it is attached to a shopping mall.

Location perfect, easy access to Saratoga & Albany, staff very accommodating & pleasant, room clean.

Location perfect. Told waitress what I wanted, they made it exactly as I wanted in my time frame.

Small luggage carts would be big help for guests staying for several nights.

Clean, priced great and affordable.

We stayed for a basketball tournament and the facilities were great. The staff was polite and the hotel was clean.

Highly recommend Hilton Garden, and going to 30 Park

Very good ,lots if choices, Noel our hostess in the morning was very cordial, friendly. Night bartender at 30 Park (Nancy)? Was great. Also nightly entertainment was sa bonus.

Superb

The staff were very helpful and courteous no matter what time of the day or what you needed. The room was clean, bed comfortable and had a mini fridge and microwave. The pool was a little chilly but the hours it was open was great, 5am to 10pm. The location made it so we really didn't need to drive to many places, right in the shopping plaza was a brilliant idea! Breakfast on our last day we had at the restaurant in the hotel and it was very good and the wait staff were very sweet and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The stay was fair thought it was overpriced however the staff was excellent

coffee maker was not working and did not know we had to ask to have the room cleaned and there was no shower cap

Will definitely stay here again.

Large room with separate seating area with wet bar, couch, tv, and desk. Bed linens were very comfortable. Large bathroom. I guess we had a suite. Which I didn’t realize at the time. Very commercial area. Mall across the street. So lots to choose from if you wanna grab a bite to eat. Room and hotel was very relaxing, and quiet!
