the hotel is outdated, they had a poor selection for breakfast and there were noises coming from somewhere by the balcony doors we joked that it was haunted

We have stayed multiple times and the staff, location, and room is always wonderful.

Location, staff, size of room and bathroom are always wonderful.

We wished the pool was open and the breakfast was not very good. The fruit was rotten, waffles were under cooked so run them twice if you can.

front desk experience only okay… one person trying to help everyone while 2 other staff right there ignored others trying to check in

An enormous dog barked the entire first afternoon of my stay. Made napping unbearable. I contacted front desk.

Wonderful and convience

Clean and comfortable. Very close to high school for our Grandson's State Wrestling Championshios

They were wonderful. Let us come in earlier due to wrestling function started early afternoon.

location and price.

when I arrived it was nothing compared to the photos. it is more run sown than I saw on booking.com. The room I originally booked, the toilet needed attention so I requested another room.

My spouse and I felt very comfortable there. I would love to bring my grandchildren there.

Everything went well. I have stayed here before and already had written a review giving the Heritage Inn a 5/5. Again, I give this hotel a 5/5, but this time I was even more impressed. An unusual situation occurred and I explained this situation to Kathy, the general manager. I must say Kathy assisted me with this situation and she went above and beyond what she needed to do. Janet, the front desk manager, was very cordial and made sure we knew how to get to Crust and Craft (excellent) which was very close to the hotel and has 1/2 price pizza on Tues + 1/2 price sandwiches on Wed during the winter session. Trisha, the night auditor, was very helpful and very attentive to the breakfast area in the AM. I had the opportunity to meet LU, the head of housekeeping. This hotel is very clean and I heard 2 other residents in the hospitality business say the same thing. The housekeepers all should get a raise. When a hotel is cleaned, guest want to return. If you don't want to feel like a number and want to feel like they really care about you, come here.

The fan in the bathroom on floor 2, 3, and 4 constantly stays on (not on floor one). I must say I didn't see any mold in the bathroom. One hears a very low muffle. If you close the bathroom door, you can not hear it.

We will absolutely be back , but now know to ask for the Suite we want

The staff are very friendly! The lock on our sliding glass door to the patio was broken & anyone on either side of our room could enter , but it was fixed immediately after mentioning.

They only advertise 1 Deluxe Suite on their website , 925 sq ft with large jetted tub, really nice furniture , fireplace .. However they have 4 of these Deluxe Suites so the one I thought I had purchased was not at all what I expected . That was disappointing. We got the Coastal Suite and not the Honeymoon Suite. Our suite was roomy , clean , we REALLY enjoyed the large jetted tub and our bed was SUPER comfy. We just expected an entirely different room.

the door needs fixed to room 208 especially if it’s a handicap room. other then that we had what we needed and the staff was very nice tv channel list layout of hotel as to where the ice machines/vending machines are
