Cheap price, free parking, huge rooms, nice and welcoming staff.
The walls are extremely thin, and you car hear the heavy route 1 traffic all night long. That would have been ok considering the price I payed, and knowing about the location. However I had an awful first night cause the neighbour guest kept the tv on and loud until 3 am…

Clean spacious room big bathroom and shower. The hotel is walking distance away from stores and restaurants.
No clothes iron, no hair dryer, and no coffee maker in the room.

Central location with good access to Lewes and Rehoboth. Sufficient number of restaurants in immediate area. Room size was reasonably spacious.
No breakfast, no pool, and no hot tub. Congestion on Hwy. 1 was very bad, no direct access to west bound lanes, U-turns required. No ice machine on second floor level. Flat screen was quite small, much smaller than most motels.
