Beds were very comfortable, and my room had a private balcony. I did not have any problems with noise. Air conditioner worked well/effectively.
It's a property that is looking a little "shaggy"....could use some new interior carpeting, fresh coat of paint in rooms, exterior stairwells had some drainage problems and the urethane coating on the concrete was bubbling or coming off...and somewhat slippery when it rained. Free breakfast was quite minimal- bite size muffins, coffee, and some English muffins or bread slices you could toast.
