The room had a wet order.

Very good

Location is excellant and the view of the harbour. It has a beautiful porch for relaxing and the hotel receives a lot of fresh air.

This hotel has not installed an elevated in over a 130 years . At 400.00 a night, you don't get a free bottle of water.. .It is clean with a excellent location and view of the Harbour

Great stay other than the staff's attitudes which were very far below acceptable.

The room was decorated very cute and was very comfortable. The shower was great and we especially loved the coffee/water/sparkling water station in the hallway!

At check in the employee helping us was unbelievably rude, and provided absolutely terrible customer service. She seemed visibly annoyed was incredibly disrespectful and purposefully unhelpful toward another guest who was stressed about parking. No matter how cute and clean a place is, terrible customer service can leave a horrible overall impression. Better selection of employees and training is a must.

We love this hotel, decor, convenience. Just need to resolve musty room

Love the location since we have family on boats in the harbor and it’s very easy to go back and forth.

The room was quite musty. While there was a dehumidifier provided, the smell hit you when walking in the room.

Very friendly staff and great location only complaint is the bathroom.

Proximity to everything. The staff was fantastic ver friendly

Our room had no vent in the bathroom or anywhere else. After showers or using the bathroom the steam and any odors had no where to go. There was a dehumidifier in our room that we had to empty 3x. The room was clean but those issues bothered us.

Terrific location with modern furnishing with a cute theme. Lovely to sit on the porch at night. Clean and relaxing.

Quaint hotel

Location with a view of the harbor. Staff was super nice and helpful, especially Sandy at the front desk.

The location is very good, free parking in the back, coffee machine on the floor, nice toiletries

Room and bathroom are very small and tight. Walk-up to 4th floor (help provided with bags) Unfriendly front desk. When we checked in we asked if we have a room with a view. we paid $913 for 2 nights. The front desk manager who was helping another guest snapped at me and said: you booked through Booking.com which is a third party, so you cannot have your choice. I asked if I am being punished for booking through Booking.com and she said I should have booked directly with them. The unpleasant exchange was in front of other guests (not by my choice) and I felt very humiliated. This is not a way to treat guests!

We really enjoyed our stay. I would return and recommend.

Comfortable beds. Good shower & toiletries. Fridge. The best porch ever. Fun ping pong table. Available coffee on 2 floors. Loved the large lockers. Most beautiful cottages behind property for my nightly walk.

No elevator but bellhop offered at check in. Room & bathroom a little small but workable. Very limited parking. *Restaurant/bars on water are loud & crowded but walk behind hotel for great choices.

Great, unique hotel with a short walk to the ferry boats.

We loved the uniqueness of this hotel. It was a great location to be able to walk from the Ferry. The bed was comfy and the staff was helpful and friendly. The ability to store luggage in the lockers before check in was key for us!

I wish there were an option for breakfast there in the hotel but we were able to go down the street for food.

great hotel !!! will definitely stay again

The room was cute and large enough to fit 2 Divas with lots of clothing there is no elevator so don't over pack those suitcases the hotel is in the perfect location and the rocking chairs on the porch are the cherry on top

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and we loved how bright and cheerful the decor was.

The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a room with a view of the water and it was great. The front porch was welcoming and great to relax on at any time of the day.

The only complaint I have is the size of the sink in the bathroom and lack of vanity space.
