location, location, location. Close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. Pretty easy navigating the back street of Vineyard Haven. Very nice amenities in and around the house.
Better check-in and check-out instructions, more timely manner. Access to some of the backyard amenities was confusing. Need bathroom night light. Better organization of pots and pans in the kitchen. Need knife block and full set of cutlery.

Love the space and location! Beautiful property.
When we arrived the place was not cleaned. Dirty linens and towels were on the floor. Beds were stripped by prior guest. Trash and dirty towels greeted us!
