I would stay there again. It was exactly what I wanted.

Breakfast was good and constantly replenished. The lady in charge was personable and pleasant.

No complaints, other than the price hike because of Mardi Gras!

Very nice place to stay.

From the time we checked in until our departure we were treated like family. The staff we encountered was helpful & friendly. The room was clean & comfortable. The location was great and made getting to our venue easygoing .

Overall excellent experience.

Close to Highways

Police Incident on our floor on early Saturday night around 3 am. Very loud and disruptive. Woke us out of sound sleep and took a while to contain.

Hotel met our needs for comfort and convenience

Breakfast was adequate. Location was superb!

Smoking area needed to be cleaned up cigarette butts laying on the ground. Doesn’t present a very good image for those entering and exiting the hotel

It was as expected no negatives from the facilities but couldn’t credit points to Radisson card .

Staff, pool and hot tub, clean room but generally overpriced in my opinion.

Elevator was sketchy and made weird sounds. A little difficult to get into and out of but not hotels fault. Lobby was under construction but minimally inconvenient. Water didn't get very hot in the room.

This is a nice hotel with clean rooms a wonderful complimentary breakfast and close to everything

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, without any unusual odors and the breakfast was awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

It was a little confusing getting to our hotel from the highway. The highway is busy and Holiday st. is not easy to see with all the other signs and business entry ways. Once you do find holiday st. and turn in it looks like the best western and the country inn are the same hotel. We actually pulled into the best western first and were told we were at the wrong hotel. Not sure how to make it better but it is my only negative.

Help from the staff calmed me down.

breakfast -good. staff- very helpful!! She got me the taxi to go through the bridge to Metairie. He gave me the directions to the bank. He & his brother pointed out the tourist spots.

The best Hotel I’ve stayed at in years!

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect!

Smokers did not respect the property! The owners are nice enough to provide a smoking area in the front of the property yet they pitch their cigarette butts all around the entrance!

I was very pleased with are stay.

All the staff were super nice, breakfasts were great & the cleaning staff did a great job.

We would definitely stay here again.

Location was very convenient, and the room was very comfortable, Good for a more extensive stay or business travel. There was a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Seems to be in a very safe neighborhood.

The breakfast selection could have been better. Would have liked to have had more healthy options, like sugar free yogurt and berries, and more whole unprocessed foods. Not a big fan of what seemed to be powdered eggs, for example. Also, the guest room, while otherwise well appointed, could have used a small table and a couple of chairs for in room dining. One of those coffee tables with a top that raises would be a good alternative to eat at the couch. Even a few TV trays would be helpful.

The breakfast was delicious. Extensive choices for a free breakfast. The check-in was very fast as well.

The facility could have been more up-to-date, but it was fortunately already in the process of renovations.
