Everything was good

Room was clean, breakfast was plentiful and good, my grandson enjoyed the pool. Check in and check out, quick and easy

Clean but very noisy. Not your ideal place if you need a quiet place to sleep.

The room was clean and easy to access.

The area was very noisy, the lights in the parking lot were in need of repair so walking the dogs we needed a flashlight. Had to use earplugs to sleep due to the noise from outside of trucks running all night long. Th e noise from neighbors using their jacuzzi tub was extremely loud.

Superb

We like that location is near I40 and restaurants for our travel needs. Lobby was nicely decorated for St Paddy's Day. Room 201 was good size, clean/non-smoking. Hotel staff was pleasant and friendly, with smooth check-in and checkout. Breakfast was good and enough for our liking. A nice place to park for weary travelers.

Worst place I’ve stayed before

Nothing really just very poor service

Night clerk took almost 45 mins to get me in my room. Plus charged me cancellation fee when I told them it would be late before I would make in.

It was cheap and clean bed was ok staff was nice.

Air wasn't blowing cold everything in the room was broke table end table air and tv wasn't be very load

Great stay

It was reasonably priced. Pet friendly. Staff were super nice and helpful in a very stressful situation. It was clean and updated. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The location was perfect for easy access to the interstate. They offered breakfast.

I am not a pleased customer.

The airconditioner did not work properly. The refrigerator did not work very well. It was beside a train track that runs late at night. The bathroom was dirty. The room had a musty smell.

Coffee could have been hotter and hot part of meal was tepid but over all good breakfast certainly better than Hyatt
