Staff was incredibly friendly, there was a broken connection between booking and Holiday Inn that caused a delay on arrival, unsure who's fault it was but the staff was incredibly friendly and apologetic. Very clean, safe, comfortable. Nice breakfast.
small things. the booking had a mix-up could have been either Holiday Inn or Booking.com but it was resolved.
coffee maker in our room didn't work, we just got coffee downstairs instead.

It was nice
The check in process took longer then expected. Even paying for room prior to visit took to long. Then got charged twice for room and didnt even get a working key. Staff had to let us in room. Then was asked to leave door open if we go out.
