Good, clean room and breakfast bar

It had a pool and hot tub. The breakfast bar was very good with a lot of selections. The room was clean and they gave good bathroom amenities.

The property is a little run down and the pool towels are old and rough and the pool chairs are dirty. The hallway carpets felt dirty. The place could use better lighting in the parking lot. The tub was slippery and didn’t drain well.

Other than that one rude staff member, the stay was great and it will also be my first and last stay.

The room was nice and clean. And also the beds were comfortable.

That one baldheaded staff member was being rude and racist never again will I come back because of him.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows this time.

Great location

The bed and pillows in the room we stayed in were flat. Never had pillows that bad. Even though the hotel was not busy, we were placed at the end of a long hallway.

Depends on what your priorities are.

Close to our destination. Good price, safe neighborhood.

The bed was super hard! Very uncomfortable. I had to be up at 4:30 am for a job, and there was no fresh coffee. I came back at 10 am and the coffee was still cold. Don't think I will stay again.

Assistant manager very un professional, rude and should not be in this role. The girl working the counter should have gotten that role. She was very kind and did not hesitate to help even after she was told not to.

A modern place but you can tell by the way the hotel is set up on the Owner try to run it cheaply. My advice to them is

We were unable to use the sofa bed due to the horrible condition the mattress was in. So many stains and black marks. Had to have someone sleep on the floor because of the sofa bed being disgusting.

Way Over Priced

The location and the staff.

For the price that I was charged for one night, this hotel was seriously disappointing. The carpets are old and even feel dirty. There was a stain on one of the sheet beds. Someone else's food was in the fridge. The beds are lumpy bc of the cheap mattress topper, and the sheets are very rough/itchy. The hot tub was out of order, and breakfast was mediocre. If they had charged a reasonable rate for this hotel, this review would be completely different. But $330 for one night in something that is comparable to a Days Inn, that's just ridiculous.

Not worth it.

The location

The hotel looked dingy, the elevator didn't work (and for my mom who has trouble walking was struggling and tripping the whole time), the ac didn't work in our room, the beds were uncomfortable, the room was dated.

Comfy in Kansas City

Rooms was very clean and comfortable. Great location and reasonable price and the in room hot tub was great!

The only thing that might have been nicer, is if they upgraded the size of the TV. It seemed small for the size of the room.

I won’t be back.

Location.

I’m still waiting for my money to be “release”. Instead of 1009 dollars I got charged almost 2500. Up to this day I still need to receive back 717 EURO. This hotel policy regarding how they manage money is unbelievable. No one told me in advance this would happen, and it has been definitely a first in my life although I traveled all my life. I asked to clean my room just once in 10 days and they didn’t even make the bed or clean the sink (they just changed my towels). UNBELIEVABLE. Breakfast lacks of any kind of vegetables or healthy food. The jacuzzi was closed and it was not mention in their website. The room without ac smelled of farm. It requires a deep cleaning of the carpet. Fridge froze all my stuff.

The air conditioning unit in my room was loud and really didn’t feel up to switching rooms. One night it wasn’t too bad.

It was a roof over my head.

No pool. The toilet was not clean nor was the sink and there were bed bug blood spots on my daughter bed that we found the next morning

It was terrible.

The hallway was dirty, the carpet was filthy and covered in stains. My key card NEVWR worked even when it wasn’t by metal or my credit/debit cards. The headboards on the beds were worn out with paint coming off and the toilet had residue on the toilet bowel. It looked unkept in dirty. The pictures online did not match the pics in real life. The dirtiness of the hallway and room made it uneasy to sleep.

Great location, nothing else

Location

Our room was very worn out and in need of attention. First, it wasn’t cleaned very well sticky substance on floor tiles, carpet needed vacuumed and several pillowcases were dirty. Ceiling above jacuzzi bath was completely peeling off. In addition the toilet flapper was broken. All except ceiling was reported. Cleaning was performed quickly, but toilet was not fixed after being gone the entire next day. It was after 6pm and could not be repaired until next day. We were stuck and ended up purchasing and replacing part ourselves as we could not go overnight with a half working toilet. Staff tried to make it right, but sadly it took longer than expected. This room should not have been sold.

Great staff good location. We would stay there again

The staff was excellent to work with, from Jamie at check in to the morning check out staff. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

We experienced a few house keeping issues with the room. The staff was very proactive in resolving the issues.

All in all it was ok

The room was fine other than the spot lite right out side of our window. The property itself is not maintained very well, the elevator stinks and makes all kinds of weird noises they just need to give a little TLC
