Over priced run down

The beds are hard as a rock, the hot tub didn’t work and the pool was freezing.

Just a few things that need addressed.

Room was spacious and clean. Check in staff was amazing.

Bathroom shower grout was gross. Needs to be scraped out and replaced. Also when cleaning the jet tubs make sure that your housekeeping staff is filling them above the jets and running them with bleach while they are cleaning the rest of the room. And clean it last to throughly clean the jet tubs. The morning staff was more worried about checking her phone in the breakfast prep area where she had it charging than waiting on customers that was checking out .

We left and booked another Hotel. There was a gross smell when we walked in and got worse going to the room. NOT Quality the room was gross.

The pool had human feces in it. The staff was told about it but they did nothing about it. No cleaning or disinfecting occurred and they allowed other families to utilize the pool.

Very poor

The 2nd floor smelled of people smoking cannabis along with the elevator. The vending machine was out of order and instead of providing paying guests the nearest location for snacks (the gas station across the street) the receptionist said "Oh well. Nothing can be done about it."

I liked that it was 5 min away from where we needed to meet the next day

Looking forward to staying again

The room was exceptional, as was the staff. The facilities appear to be aging but fairly well-maintained.

There's no pool or hot tub, as advertised. All night we were hearing water running in the bathroom but when we would go look there was no water running. May be a pipe leak somewhere nearby?

I didn’t. The gentleman I booted was restricted from checking in and the hotel refused to refund my money for the stay.

There was no problem with the facility.

it was easy to find. rooms were decent.

pool is right up front by the desk area. not a very large lounging area. it was somewhat dated with some new paint.

tube clogged up, moved to a new room the bathroom door would not close. someone urinated in the elevator Thursday through Sunday the place had no housekeeper
