There was a very bad sewer smell in my room that smelled like the carpet had been previously wet with mold. I couldn't sleep the entire night. When I mentioned it to the front desk female representative she said hmmm we never heard that before as if I imagined it. Very poor customer service and I expected more of a respectful approach as ensuring customer satisfaction. This has put a bad taste in my mouth regarding Hampton Inn Hotels. The reviews mislead me and I don't think I could book a room at their hotel chain anytime in the near future.

It was easy to check in and out. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast had amazing food as well! The hotel is in a very convenient location especially for sports, shopping, and restaurants. I highly recommend!
