Good for family

Location, room size

Restroom by pool was out of order which was a pain with multiple kids. Everyone would have to leave the pool and go to room when they needed to use restroom.

It was okay. It was a nice place, but we'll keep looking around for our next trip. We may be back.

2nd elevator was out all week. 2nd entrance would help. The same entrance as Starbucks completely blocks the entrance/exit for good parts of the day as cars line up out to the road for coffee.

Not perfect but highly satisfied

Just nice overall. Great people and environment. Saw lots of families there. Will definitely come back.

Toilet seat was broken. Bed was okay. Never got completely comfortable but eventually fell asleep. Really, it was extremely nice despite these two things. It deserves the high rating I gave it.

Couldn’t wait to leave.

Could have been cleaner. Hair in the shower Barberton floor and on the bedding. Not happy.

Not a bad place to stay.

Location was good and close to a lot of good restaurants. Hotel and room was clean. Room had very good amenities, full size fridge, sink and dishwasher. Staff was very friendly and seemed to have the room ready for our arrival (A/C and a light was on in room).

The beds seemed small for "queen" size, and the mattresses were quite firm. The pool was very small and shallow, which is great for kids but not really for adults. The pool area has no airflow, so the heat and humidity are stifling. Also, there are no restrooms in the pool area, which is inconvenient since you need a key card to get back in. Breakfast seemed limited and had no protein available when we arrived.

Good but overpriced. I wouldn't pay the same price for the same room.

I really liked the stay and I was pleased with all the details except for 1 thing.

The room although I was pleased with most every detail, was quite overpriced in my opinion. Around $350.00 for 1 night for a Queen suite, that should have had a final price around $250.00 for the services and room provided.

This particular hotel makes you feel like family!

I've stayed here many times with my husband and pet. Same staff and cleaning staff and all of them are the nicest people on earth. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Stillwater.

Overall very good facility in an awesome town!!!

Didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. Had a late night And slept in. Wish they would serve breakfast Some later.

More handicap parking.

It was a successful birthday weekend for my wife!

The staff was accommodating to our situation. It was my wife’s birthday and her friends wanted to surprise decorate the room before our arrival and the staff made it happen!

The location is good .you can have access to main campus of OSU in less than 5 min. The breakfast is good.

The receptionist (the morning fellow) did not behave well. She was very impatient and did not answer the questions properly. Because of this issue, I will not choose this hotel for the second time.

Nice hotel

Great room and hotel was very nice. The only issues I had was the sheets were awful. They had been washed so many times they were rough and had fuzz balls. And the bathroom floor was a little nasty where maids don’t clean corners and against walls.
