We were exhausted from driving all day long. It was easy to find and check in went well. We got a good night’s sleep in

It was clean but needed a little more renovations

There wasn’t an ice machine on the 3rd floor

The junk around the pool. The walls are extremely thin. I couldn't sleep.

We probably will not stay there again.

Room was nice and clean. We did get rooms close together. Good location for pass through travel.

We paid extra for the breakfast. It was very good, however the breakfast staff was not very accommodating. Your staff announced at 8:45 that they would be closing and then they announced again two more times before the 9 am closing. We felt as if they were pushing us out and that it was an inconvenience to them that we were even there.

Top of its class, and beyond.

The standard king room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. It was stocked perfectly. Everything was fresh and clean. It's a smallish hotel, only three stories and the indoor pool while small, was very nice. The free breakfast was excellent. We had an amazing stay.

I think there is a dirty bench seat in the lobby. Like, I had to search for a problem. Really, this place is just great.

Very good

The bed was surprisingly soft and comfortable, very clean and definitely met my expectations for a great bargain price. It was super close to the hospital where I was visiting for work which was crucial for me. The breakfast was great for a quick grab-and-go bite in a hurry as well. All of the staff was extremely pleasant.

I started staying at Baymont many years ago when it was relatively new. I had to quit using it about three years ago bec

much cleaner than the last time I stayed there.

my room key kept going bad. I had to replace it three times.

Will give you vertigo

Floor wasn't level. Made me dizzy trying to walk on it. Room 138 is supposed to be handicapped accessible. Pillowcase was stained. Breakfast was not good.

All-in-all this was a very nice hotel for the price.

The staff was very friendly. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room were very nice and clean. And the breakfast was much better than most comparable hotels.

Our room seemed to be previously damaged and half-way repaired. The door would only latch if pushed closed. The shower walls were detached from the drywall. The trim was only finished with primer. Both the room and elevators had very dirty corners and baseboards.

Would not recommend Baymont to anyone.

Bed was comfortable

Room O K. We were accused of smoking in the room and were charged $250.00. Wife and I never smoked. GM Jordan said people lie. If we had smelled a smoke odor, we would have asked for another room. They did refund $125.00 back. Left us with a bad feeling about this place.
