My room was clean. I like the fact that the room had no carpet in it. I like the fact that the bathroom was very clean.

What I was not satisfied with was there was no coffee pot in the room. Although coffee was provided down in the lounge area, I had to get dressed to go down there to get it.

Big room, lovely breakfast, free parking and in close proximity to the city center

No words were spoken at check-in, i had to ask all the questions to find out when breakfast was, how much was the deposit they held on my card etc. Very cold welcome that gave a bad spin to what was a lovely stay otherwise.

Clean modern rooms, nice atmosphere

Modern rooms, large smart TV. Nice shampoo/conditioner and great shower pressure. Good selection of snacks in reception. Reception area nice play to hang out

May be left over from covid but breakfast felt very wasteful with paper plates/cups and cutlery. No tea/coffee making facility in room. Water often luke warm in urns downstairs

Great fun family hotel!

The staff at the the desk were extremely nice and helpful! The hotel was clean and I liked that there wasn't any carpet in the rooms. Loved that there were games available to play and several great spaces for families/groups to hang out.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable and could use additional pillows.

Not normal Hilton Quality, ok for a weekend stay.

The location was nice, and the shower was superb. I enjoyed the refrigerator in the room. The pool table in the lobby was fun. The colorful lobby was nice. Complimentary coffee was nice also.

There were not ice buckets in the rooms or on each floor. The ice buckets were on the main floor and were not lined and there was nothing to line them with. I expected a larger room for the price. I also thought a robe would be a very nice touch and I think other Hilton's provide them. This seemed much less quality than I would expect from a Hilton. Maybe they need to put Paris on a budget? The walls were so thin. I am pretty sure I heard some things that I didn't want to hear and not intended for me to hear. The pillows were terrible. I was thinking a Hilton would have a restaurant with a bar but that was not the case at this one. Breakfast was not good. The old-style toaster oven/belt thing burnt my bagel to a crisp and it was not edible. A microwave might be a welcome enhancement. My fiancé said the oatmeal was terrible and we ended up going out to breakfast.

Decent and comfortable.

The breakfast was very good, the hot water was great. And the bed was decent. The staff was very pleasant.

All of the noises you could hear in the hallways. There were not enough covers on the bed and the pillows were really flat. Also I did not look like anyone had cleaned around where of the soap dispensers, They were dirty. And didn't like that you couldn't watch any local channels (playoff game).

This hotel is very clean and family-friendly.

This hotel is very clean. I especially liked the floor in the room (no carpet!) and the glass shower door (no gross shower curtains!). The pool area is nice and the lobby is roomy. There were snacks and beverages available to purchase. The breakfast was far above average compared to other places I've stayed.

The only thing I would change is to add a floating rope divider to the pool to mark where the depth drops off.

Worked out fine.

Location was good for our purposes. Breakfast was fine; hotel room was pleasant.

Biggest complaint: we hit our shins on the ridiculous bed frame more than once.

Very kind and sweet front desk. Clean facility. Comfortable atmosphere! 10/10.

I arrived earlier than I expected and the check in process was very easy and accommodable. The front desk ( I am so sorry for forgetting your name) woman was very nice and friendly. Asked about my travels and helped me feel comfortable being by myself. Thank you so kindly. Arriving to my room and seeing Welcome Miranda was so cute and felt welcomed. I felt safe leaving my car out there and felt safe overall being at this location.

Overall, my family enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Exceptionally clean! The location was perfect...close to everything we needed during our stay.

Ok at best. Try harder.

Only 1 tiny garbage can in the whole room and it was in the bathroom. No storage areas. No local TV stations. Soap dispensers put out way too much soap. Need to do better.

Wall are too thin. Could hear people next door talking and yelling to their kids until 2am. Then tv on at 4am felt like it was in my room. It was a room with connecting door so im not sure if the other ones are as bad. Wish it had at least 1 drawer or closed closet because it felt crowded

This was our first stay at the TRU, we look forward to staying there again.

Location is great if you are in town for anything related to MSU campus events. Within walking distance of downtown. Property was clean, staff friendly, plenty of parking.

Short stay we really had no complaints/ issues.
