The staff was amazing and were very accommodating! I really enjoyed the unique experience the place offered!

I wasn’t a fan of the separate buildings!

I couldn’t understand the lady at the desk. My wife, 17 month old son and I got in around midnight. It was a bit frightening with the homeless people around and I couldn’t comprehend what the desk was saying about parking.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Clean and ritzy to a point but looked much more swanky in the pictures. Valet Parking a plus being downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful.

25 degrees outside and had to walk outside to another building to get to my room. Tried to order room service but got busy signal every time I tried to call. Then I gave up and ordered Door Dash and they dont let them leave it at your door, so I had to leave the building my room was in, go back outside and walk to the building where the front desk was to get food. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. I guess I was looking for a Hyatt Regency Experience in Springfield and was let down. Except having valet parking, the whole experience was annoying. I dont mind paying for an expensive place to stay for amenities, comfort, bells and whistles but the upscale rates at this place did not reflect the experience. I made reservations there for tomorrow but going to just eat the cost and go stay at the Residence instead.
