Good location for one-night stay

Nice people, good location in trees between large hotels, own beach

Silt close to the shore; the only way to swim with comfort is from pontoon but it is tricky to get there. Garbage on the water

Relatively cheap, but old. Has nice service.

Close to the beach. The service is nice.

The "villa" walls are membrane - when some music is playing (everyday until 0:00), you hear it really good. It's annoying. In general, villas are old. In every sense. A lot of web in the apartment. The garden is lost. A hand needed.

Cozy quiet place by the sea

Our stay at Beachwood Villas was excellent! I liked the cozy houses. The private beach is really nice and the garden is fascinating. The hotel is located quite far from the loud center of Marmaris, and it is a good choice if you want to sleep peacefully at night. Alim is really friendly and helpful. I'd like to stay longer!

Client service oriented from arrival, villa accomodation, breakfast and private beach. We felt very well served. Thank you very much!

Maybe you need water shoes for the sea ground.

Worst stay ever.

We were in a honeymoon trip(mid of October 2021) and reserved there for 4 nights. First we've paid ~80$ for the breakfast because it was not included then when we became onsite we discovered they don't give a breakfast plus they didn't pay us back our money and they said it is BOOKING mistake. Secondly, we reserved for a double bed but we discovered they don't have and they just merged a two single beds to make a double bed!!!! Thirdly, for 4 days there was no room cleaning!! (just imagine that). We do understand it is off season but this is not our problem they've accepted our reservation and they have to arrange everything according to that. We've paid a huge amount of money and in return we lived in a nightmare and again it was honeymoon trip. Fourthly, The bathroom was too small, dirty, the provided shampoo was expired since 2020! And the towels were terribly dirty. They bed sheets are dirty too and smell not good. The furniture too old. The doors are not secured enough and no guards in the villas!! The Bar closing on 5:00 pm. Just imagine what type of Bar is this!!! The garden was messy like horror movie. At the end I would recommend you to not come here at all, save your money and go to another hotel.

It was a disappointing experience. We still enjoyed our stay however.

The staff were friendly. It was close to the beach.

the double bed were actually two sofa beds fit together and it was uncomfortable to sleep. Very expensive for what we got and I wouldn't book here again as I can get much better places for the same amount paid.

Pleasant

The only good things are the position on the beach and garden of the hotel- but it is a little bit negligent.

For three nights nobody cleaned our room, or to take out garbage that we made. Breakfast is poor. Hotel is far drommtje city center.

Highly recommended!

Everything was as I imagined. The sea is very close, you can see it right from the doorstep. The houses are small but two-storey, they have everything you need. Neighbors are not heard or seen, although there was music from a neighboring hotel in the evening, but only until 11 pm, and we did not bother. The yard is green and cozy: palm trees, cactuses, roses, lanterns. Turtles also live here. Cleaning takes place when you ask. Breakfast is traditional Turkish: eggs, fruits, several types of cheeses, vegetables, bread and tea/coffee. Wonderful beach, friendly staff, and very nice owner who makes sure you feel good.

Great scenery with private beach, welcoming staff

Nice and peaceful with beach on your doorstep , nearby pubs and restaurants with lots of entertainment, staff were amazing and location was great, villa very basic but this was expected . Would definately recommend it .

A kettle in room would have been nice.
