Exceptional

Everything was excellent - people, hotel, its on the beach … varioous Food -very typical turkisch meals… spa- amazing massage

Only one card for room… it was 45 degree ..30 degree at the night and we could make the room cold during the day …it was impossible to sleep

Pick somewhere else

I wouldnt recomment this hotel to anyone especially if its your first time in marmaris like it was for me. I booked it for my birthday and they failed on every part. Even the day of my birthday housekeeping couldn't be bothered to clean my room and just took the dirty towels that were on the floor, folded them up and left for me to reuse. I realised because the towel was heavily stained and had a hair locked in it, the very reason i did not use it previously. I was ignored twice in the restaurant and everyone one was offered drinks and tables cleared whilst waiters constantly ignored me. The first night i was given a small damp, stuffy room with a dirty sink, lifting wallpaper and was told i had to wait till the next day for someone to change it even though this was not the room that i booked. This hotel was a huge disappointment. Out of all the hotels i had to choose from i think i picked the worst. The F&B manager did his best to rectify the restaurant situation however the person i spoke to about housekeeping on the front desk was condescending, patronising and quite simply couldnt care less, probably common practice here. They had probably been doing it all week and i only just realised. Its also very difficult to enjoy a meal here as the buffet and seating areas are fly infested so no chance of eating a meal without a fly sitting on it.

the room was clean. housekeeping were friendly and helpful. the waiting staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. they made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. would definitely recommend this place and would most certainly visit again.

Overall very satisfied,i think i liked it more than Alanya!

i enjoyed the stay as much as i could as single traveller,got beatifull room with jacuzzi,the food was tasty,waitress were very kind also gentleman’s at beach and of course Charlotte concierge was very nice and hepfull!I also noticed restaurant manager helped as much as he could to employee to run smooter operation,PS:i managed people too:)

Wellness was not very clean and smely,please improve the cleaness!Also internet connection was poor🧐

Location and the Hotel staff.

The bed was very small. Our balcony was next to the air conditioning system so very noisy. No blanket in room only sheets, we stayed in October so cold at night, when asked for blanket was told they did not have any.The food was cold when we did attempt to eat here. Security were rude. Swimming pool has no sun & was very cold.

Housekeeping staff were wonderful. Reception and waiting staff were attentive and polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

Food was repetitive, lunch and dinner every day, same menu with a slight tweak. Had to eat out a few times. Crossing the road from the Emre Hotel to the dining room which was located at the Emre Beach hotel was a challenge most times. Very busy road and most of the traffic didnt stop at the pedestrian crossing.

Beautiful panoramic suite & great location

Stayed here twice in October in both honeymoon and panoramic suites. Great size clean rooms and stunning views. Staff so friendly and welcoming and we could not fault anything. Great location and convenient for beach, shopping and walking or short bus ride distance to marina. Highly recommend & will definitely stay here again in the future

We stayed here for 1 week. The staff at reception were very warm, polite and welcoming. The cleanliness was satisfactory and our room was cleaned regularly. Vast diversity of food options throughout our stay. The staff was very helpful, even though some of them did not speak English, they were all warm and extremely hardworking people, made us feel comfortable and accommodated. However, we are very disappointed by the arrogance and attitude of the manager towards us and towards his own staff. During lunch or dinner he would often shout at the staff in a very rude and loud manner, in front of us - the guests, without any obvious reason. We do not speak Turkish and we did not know what he was saying, but the intonation and his tone was enough. After a couple of days, a friend of ours visited us, who speaks Turkish and translated for us and confirmed our understanding of the whole situation. Furthermore, later on, we needed the manager's help, but we did not get any help from him, in fact, he had a very arrogant attitude towards us, he was straight up mean and rude. Utterly unprofessional behaviour towards his staff, from our point of view, it seemed like a modern day slavery. I don't know about Turkey, but coming from an EU member state, this is absolutely unacceptable behaviour for me and I am taking the time to write this extensive review as I simply cannot ignore what I saw! After we were absolutely sure what was happening, unfortunately our stay felt difficult, dark and depressing - being served by these amazing, warm people, who were treated so badly at their work place, truly felt uncomfortable and awful. I had the pleasure to meet some of them and that is why I am confident in writing this as a fact. Whilst you are being served by staffed managed by techniques from a few centuries ago, the stay simply cannot be pleasant. The name of the above mentioned manager is Baytukan and whilst he is there, we will not be visiting again for sure!

Staff were very kind and helpful, everything was very clean and facilities were to a good standard. The hotel overlooks a beautiful part of the Marmaris beach and is located close to the marina and bazar.

There was a lack of clarity re Emre Beach and Emre Hotel being separate buildings. Travelling across the road several times a day with wheelchairs was a headache and the hotel was not as disabled friendly as advertised. The Wifi was also quite poor

Very nice and comfortable place, specially if you are traveling with someone with reduced mobility. Very nice and friendly staff who helped us to enjoy our holiday the most. We had a wonderful holiday

Rooms are huge and spacious. Bathroom is great. Bar in the lobby and main restaurant is refreshing. There are many different food and dessert options every day. Staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is directly next to the sea and there’s private beach. Thanks to Sinan and Ali Bey from the staff for making our experience better.

It was little bit crowded in the restaurant but it’s always solved.
