I can honestly say that TUI BLUE Grand Azur is my number one resort in Marmaris. This was my second stay here, and it definitely won’t be my last. The service, cleanliness, organization, food, atmosphere, and facilities are all excellent. Everything is handled with great attention to detail, and the whole experience feels professional and welcoming from beginning to end.
A very special mention has to go to TUBA at the reception. She is truly exceptional — extremely professional, kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. She always greets you with a genuine smile and such positive energy. What makes her stand out is that she doesn’t just do her job professionally; she genuinely makes you feel cared for and welcomed. No request ever seems too much, and she always does her best to make everything easier and more comfortable for the guests. TUBA is definitely one of those people who makes you want to return to a hotel.
I also want to mention Maxine from the activities reception. She is very professional, friendly, helpful, and always pleasant to deal with. She makes everything simple and easy and is always ready to assist with a smile.
And a huge shout-out to Mustafa and Z from the entertainment team — these two are absolutely amazing! They brought so much energy, laughter, and fun to every day. From volleyball to the pool activities, they created such an incredible atmosphere. They are funny, energetic, friendly, always smiling, and they have a natural ability to bring people together and make everyone feel included.
What I loved most about Mustafa and Z is that their energy feels completely genuine. They clearly love what they do, and you can feel it. Even a simple volleyball game becomes something you look forward to because of them. They were definitely one of the highlights of my stay and made the holiday much more memorable.
Overall, I honestly have nothing negative to say about this resort. Everything was perfect.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant, bar and cleaning staff were especially attentive
Check-in was average. Unfortunately, the premises tries to cater for too many different people. It could use a touch more class. For non-smokers, there are way too many smoking areas that just stink up nonsmoking areas - pointless!

The garden was well taken care of and spacious, a good and fresh place to spend the hot hours.
Nothing wrong, but for a 5 stars hotel priced at the level it is priced, I had better facilities, food, and entertainment
