It isn’t the 5 star you would expect, I believe they have different standards to European hotels regarding the star system.

La atención del personal.
Desde el lobby, housekeeping, doctor, y bartenders en la alberca del silencio todos muy serviciales y con buena actitud.
Para mejorar, menciono: Las instalaciones deterioradas, (mobiliario de terrazas de fumadores, adornos y lámparas rotas). Quitar alfombras sería ideal por el calor.
En las 2 habitaciones: El aire acondicionado funcionó a medias, cero potencia. Los minibares no enfriaban. La llave del agua caliente de ambos baños, no sirvió, tuvo q subir mantenimiento a arreglarlas.
En la estación de café junto al lobby, que tiene un menú impreso sobre un espejo en la pared con diversas bebidas y alimentos, resulta que sólo sirve cafés y tés. Y de querer un refresco, hay que desplazarse a la alberca para pedirlo. Porque el bar que se encuentra en la zona del lobby, sólo atiende por las noches.
El personal de la alberca del silencio, del bar, los que ayudan con sombrillas, camastros y limpieza, son muy amables con muy buena disposición. Igualmente los de recepción y lobby.
