Overall excellent stay the dislikes didn't put us off

Breakfast was a bit repetative but other meals were very good

Requested double bed but got a twin room and requested a quiet room but was given a room at end of the corridor that had a door adjoining our room to the room next door which resulted in it being very noisy but that may have been down to who was in that room

Turkey never again

Well my partner stayed with her friend in the hotel both fully paid up However after one night her friend had to come home after a sudden family bereavement I decided to get a flight out to stay with my partner The jet 2 rep said there would be no problem However the manager of the hotel had a different view He decided i wasnt going to stay with my partner in the room her and her friend had fully paid for. I checked booking.com and the rate for the room on Bookings.com was €320 When i showed the manger the booking.com quote and asked him couod he give me a better quote he quoted me at over €600 for 4 nights This left a very bad taste in the mouth. I will never set foot in turkey again my partner will never set foot in turkey again and our famillies have been left disgusted at the treatment over the incident with our friends bereavement Congrats to the hotel manager he has probably lost his country something in the region of €50,000 in revenue from our famillies over the next 10 years because of our experience with his greed

The unnecessary greed from a person that is supposed to be in the hispitality trade

Clean, luxury, made our holiday!

We moved to this hotel from another due to issues with previous hotel and this hotel really did exceed and make our holiday so much better!

There could have been some more evening entertainment and also sun beds throughout the day - I felt we couldn’t really enjoy sunbathing by the pool and relaxing as we couldn’t get a sun lounger

The room at the top floor had 2 views which was nice and good location

The staff were rude and unhelpful. The lady at the front with the Scottish accent was also rude and unhelpful. I asked her how much a taxi to the airport as I didn’t want to be ripped off and she just looked at me rudely and said ‘I don’t know, ask the taxi service.’ I then asked the manager and he said he can arrange his own service for me for £60. Go to pasa beach hotel, the staff are a lot nicer and they go out there way to make sure you’re not ripped off. The food at the hotel was the same everyday and not a great variety. Pasa beach hotel had much better food. Also, I left my AirPods in the hotel in a rush, and I know exactly where they were. Quickly messaged the hotel after and they said the cleaner couldn’t find them…. This seemed impossible to me as they were literally on the table. The staff I found were generally rude and unhelpful.

Good

Place is good every close by. Breakfast is perfect with variety of food. I ask double bed but they gave me twin beds. Even after promise to change they didn't even think to change untill I came to hotel in the evening after boat trip..lack of commitment for their business not healthier.

Fitness center is just absolutely nothing..broken barbell and few dumbbells..thredmill out of order..

The pool area is small, which was fine but there wasn't many sun beds. Would spend most days at the beach because we was unable to get a bed.

all inclusive relax

you can stay all day in the hotel enjoying your time at pool eating and drinking at the buffet. it’s like a miniature tourist resort.

Excellent hotel on a mad road

Lovely hotel very close to all amenities. Great food staff were lovely nice Rooms very happy.

There were not enough sunbeds at the hotel and it need some entertainment in the evening.

Okay for work trip, would no way stay here with my family.

Clean, food was decent and plentiful.

Wi-fi - it’s 2022 and this place is still charging for Wi-fi in the room at £5 per day, for one device at a time; not ideal for a work trip! Please catch up with the rest of the developed world.

I probably will not like to stay in this property again

The property was not at all clean. The reception guy has to change the room trace as the bedsheet was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock. The elevator was dirty. The Collie doors were very dirty. Room and bathroom tiles were very dirty as well. I could say the housekeeping staff is one of the worst. It was 38°C and all the ACs were closed in the lobby in the dining hall

. The staff at reception ,who helped us to check in was remarkably good. Full marks to the chef.

the worst all inclusive ever

location was good

this hotel is definitely NOT all inclusive. have to pay for Wi-Fi. pay to have the use of the room safe. no bar snacks. no toiletries in bathroom. no duvet only a thin tablecloth looking bed cover. only one room access card allowed. no aircon in lobby area. no porters for luggage.

Very nice and friendly other then the pool facilities

We liked the location as it was right on the strip with the bars and we also liked the food as it was different each day as well as the drink choices

We didn’t like how there was signs to say the pool was not open until 8am and any towels that were reserved and left unattended before that time would be taken to reception. This was not enforced and so we were unable to use these facilities due to this

Pleasant stay, great manager.

The manager, cleaning lady from floor 2, Poppy (The guy who did the bingo at snack time). The food at snack time, the Ice Cream, the Drinks all day and location.

The resteraunt staff especially Sehnaz. The only good resteraunt staff was the muscular curly haired guy and the breakfast chef. The food in general - Loads of variety, very poor quality.

Had on of the best holidays to date

The location of the property was literally at the beach which was handy. Bars and shops just right outside as well. Food choices and drinks all really good so no complaints and the rooms are very clean with exactly what you need.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the pool situation. Not enough beds for people staying at the hotel and there was a few arguments between guests over them

Superb

The breakfast and dinner, which was included in my booking, was excellent. For those who like hustle and bustle the facility is well located. But the hotel itself was quite. But not least the wonderful, friendly and always smiling stuff, particularly Ms. Seda who always was helpful to make our stay confortable.

It was a great expirence i would recomend this to everyone specially the pool and the restaurant eccelent food and bevrages system bars and smack you do not need to send money for anything if you book all inclusive even the bus stop is right there

Very good

I like almost everything , hotel is perfect , staff amazing . Food and drink superb.

Two small complaints : The connection with hotel free wifi and quality was terrible. I bought internet from my provider for 5 days. And one more I will not comment the morning reservation system sunbed on the pool......it was ridiculus !!!

Great location, bad wifi

Great location, walking distance to local bars and restaurants as well as Mamaris town. Staff were great, especially Okan at reception that went above and beyond to deal with any issues and requirements we had. He made our stay as pleasant as it could be. Great spa facility with great prices. The spa staff looked abit creepy but actually were very nice!

Wifi was critical for us to booking this accommodation. Many problems that was finally resolved by the manager by adding the IP address of any devices that we needed wifi for. Food was decent although expected some Turkish dishes. The gym was abysmal and urgently needs attention and renovation. Almost nothing available, dirty, dangerous and completely out of date. Understandably we travelled out of season in April but still expected this to be in line with the other facilities in the hotel. Beds were also not as comfy as expected.
