Superb

Breakfast was great! The lady preparing breakfast was friendly, and you could see the pride she took in her job! Pool was nice! Room was comfortable! Overall great value!

Room smelt a little stuffy and the tissue box, and little shampoo bottle was empty

Comfortable and clean for one night.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and curteous. We enjoyed our breakfast. The bed was comfortable, though we always bring our pillows. The pillows were not great, as in most other places.

The hotel advertises a swimming pool, yet after inquiry I found out that it wasn't open. Previous guests have mentioned that the pool hasn't been open for a while now. The refrigerator in the room wasn't really cold. The lighting in the room was quite awful, but normal for the hotels these days. You can't really read with those lights.

Quiet, comfortable stay.

Breakfast was delicious. Fitness room was nice and well equipped.

Walls in the bathroom and hall very thin. Could hear talking and coughing. Thankfully we didn’t have any noisy neighbors and everything got quiet at a decent hour.

All in all, a very good place to stay and I booked another BW for the trip home.

The staff are friendly, helpful and just plain amazing! The room was spacious, plenty of towels, nice size TV and plenty of pillows, I missed my first breakfast by a few minutes and they were cleaning up. I asked if it was too late and she said I could go ahead and get something to eat. She was very nice to accommodate an accidentally late sleeper :)

I went for my 2nd breakfast at 9am....there were only "bottom" droppings of the eggs and bacon.....but it was good enough to get me on my way. (Perhaps my timing was off as to when they refill the buffet.) My 2nd night was interrupted around 11pm due to a fire alarm (very loud!)...I waited a couple minutes before gathering my keys and purse and headed down the hallway. No one knew anything on my floor and people were taking the elevator down. I headed for the stairs and before I got there the staff member came out of the elevator and saying "I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry". She told that she came to tell everyone and I told her they went down on the elevator. She was super upset and caused me to be more upset. It took me 2 hours before my nerves settled down and then I only slept fitfully. I was later told that this was the "supervisor" lol.....perhaps she needs some retraining!! That alarm went off for a good 5 min.!!!! Very scary.

Great value, nice pool and good breakfast included

very friendly staff, there were complimentary cookies at the front desk! kiosk store and laundry room open 24 hours. the pool looked beautiful but it was too crowded slow to swim. breakfast was very nice they have all you could ask for in selections.

Hotel is in a good location for eating out, the room was very clean, hotel staff very friendly and knowledgable, overall we have a great time there

The staff was very friendly, helpful, professional, and accommodating. Maria is an asset to the breakfast because it’s like homemade. Requests were made and fulfilled. The property location was close to restaurants and far enough from I20 to feel safe on the premises at different times of the day and evening. It is well maintained and clean.

Perhaps a discount for an unexpected longer than expected stay.
