Price for my stay
Bread for breakfast was hard on the edges. I had to reach all the way back to get fresh bread. They don’t take cash for market.

The staff served with a Spirit of Excellence. The room was beautiful and comfortable.
That I had to unplug the AC in order to move from North Pole to comfort.

The staff greeted us in a friendly manner, but then went silent when computer was slow to log onto for our check in. When I didn’t receive any reason for the delay, I asked if someone would let us into our room, and we could pick up our keys later. Answer was that wasn’t possible.
I was frustrated and could have been more patient had she explained why it was taking so long. Two more check-ins had to wait while 2 staff members sat at a table within earshot, apparently finishing their break.IM A RETURN guest, but was disappointed this time, as elevator and tvs weren’t working. Neither did the ice maker nor water fountain. (Tv worked Tuesday morning)
The staff did find a room for us on the first floor, which we appreciated.
