We were at the Marriott Hotel for a day, after being in this hotel, and besides all the fancy things that Marriott has to offer, when it comes down to the room and services, we found absolutely no difference. Same comfort and we even had free breakfast at the Baymont. Your choice, but

We were given a room on the 3rd floor. Imagine our shock when the clerk told us there was no way to summon the elevator to the 3rd floor due to a missing button. To leave, my husband had to climb down to floor 2 and get in the up elevator and take it to 3 where I waited. I need a knee replacement so going down the stairs was not an option! It felt very unsafe to be in a hotel where you could not exit quickly if needed! Secondly, the tub was slippery and the fan was so loud I opted to use the bathroom in the dark. Will not visit again nor will we recommend it to any senior.

Great friendly helpful service from the housekeeping staff, On the other hand, there was no way to take the elevator down from our third floor accommodations without contacting the desk staff, all of whom were usually not present and didn't answer our calls for help as they had requested. There were just wires hanging out of where the down button was supposed to be. Very inconvenient and frustrating. We were told by the staff that the third floor electrical connection to the elevator had been broken for two weeks so far.

Hotel was clean but no water pressure in the shower and the floor tiles were not secured properly which caused them to move when stepped on. Coffee was cold in the morning.

Room wasn’t ready when arrived at like 7 pm. Room was open and bed unmade. Third floor elevator couldn’t go down. Breakfast was cold, questionable and all around not good.

Staff was extremely rude. Room was dirty w/ hair&dirt all over. Bed was comfy. Was told breakfast started at 7 AM. The hours are different on the weekends so I waited till 7 20 a.m. went to go get a cup of coffee it was cold. I asked if they could make coffee because it was cold lady with arm with a sling . Rolled her eyes & said it’s still early for us to wake up. I said is the breakfast not open. She said oh it’ll be another 25 minutes, so breakfast didn’t really start till close to 8 AM when to go make a plate the gravy was cold. The biscuits was cold. Everything was cold I said, is it not anything warmed she said it will take a minute to warm up. they brought out food that was uncooked and she told me just use the microwave. They didn’t have time to get everything ready due to staff was late which was funny because I was loading stuff in my car two hours prior and they were all standing around laughing and joking, etc., I could smell them smoking a THC vape outside. Then the following night I went and checked out at 4 AM so I can catch my flight. There was nobody at the front desk. Young lady finally appeared after standing there for close to 20 minutes from the side of the office just waking up, which is kind of scary. No one’s watching the front door so people can stay safe. I have never in my life experience such a stay like I have at this place. I asked the manager who she claimed to be if I can have her managers number she told me she wasn’t allowed to give it out

Overgood good, the key swipe on first floor on back door opposite of front desk didn’t work that’s why a rock was used to prop door open ( security issue) elevator didn’t work Saturday night Sunday morning

We stayed 3 nights and the second two nights we had to have our keys reset because they wouldn’t work. BOTH times we took them to the front desk to be reset, they didn’t ask for ID or name or any type of proof that we were indeed in that room, they just reset them to the number we told them. The third night we asked if they didn’t require ID and they told us we looked nice so they just trusted us. The hotel lobby around the elevators also reeked of marijuana each evening. And finally our room was never cleaned and when we asked about that they told us we had a “do not disturb” sign on the door, which we did overnight but removed it when we left by 9 in the morning.

We stayed for just one night, but wished we could’ve stayed longer. The room was great, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast had a verity of options. It was just a welcoming experience.

Very dirty, you can tell they don't thoroughly clean at all. There was mold around the edges of the sink and everything is rusted. The floor was not vacuumed, the only clean things were the towels and the sheets.

Reserved room for 2 nights and asked to be able to check out one night early due to weather coming in and head home early. Was there for family funeral. Was told they would charge me for night anyway so we stayed. Front desk was rude and not helpful.

The hotel was decent enough, but there was a lot of false advertising. The website stated there were cribs/bassinets available. We were driving from Tucson so i tried to contact the hotel to confirm there would be a crib for us. I called At least 10 times. Nobody ever answered my phone call. Upon checking in, i asked If there was a crib available. The girl at the front desk said they didn’t have any cribs at that hotel at all. She did go look for me and then came back and said the ONE pack n play that they had was broken. Okay fine, no problem. We get into our room, and it’s not the room i booked. The room i booked Was supposed to be a suite with a separate living room area with a couch. The room we got was just one big room with no couch. This didn’t work because we have 3 kids. They did move us to a room with 2 beds, but that’s not what i booked Or paid for. Overall not satisfied with the entire experience. The front desk girls were nice though.
