We had trouble with our key unlocking the door if it wasn't for the other door we'd be locked out.

Room not cleaned when we got there, killed a few roaches and advertising breakfast until 10am yet everything was cleaned up before 9:30 so didn’t get to eat.

Hotel is very outdated in the rooms. Bathroom is TINY. Floor was sticky in the room and a constant smell of chemicals.

The amenities and Fundome provide alot of family friendly activities all under one roof. I would prefer to book a room next time with the door facing inside the hotel so can easily access everything.

Hotel was a drug haven. I was approached multiple times to buy drugs. Room size was more than adequate, but counters were grungy & fridge did not work. Onsite restaurant venue was not edible but expensive. Will NEVER consider this place again!

Love it here. Staff is friendly. As soon as you walk in, your greeted with a friendly smile. Came with my family of 5. Pool is warm, not too deep. We were able to come and relax. :)

Would not recommend this place, was very crowded and dirty…was not worth the 140$ hotel was very run down…couches smelt of urine and seemed older then the hotel

Property was clean but not well maintained. Stayed 3 days. Sheets had a sizable hole in them. Shower did not have hot water it was only warm. Did not have a lot of pressure either. Each day i had to go back and get my room key re-programmed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I mostly will not be retuning.

We found in our suite so many cockroaches. And bed bugs at the bed .

I love that the property is kid friendly, and has many things for kids to do. The restaurant has excellent food.

The room was ok but. Motel needs a better supervisor for housekeeping. The room we got had food in the fridge. Bath tub and coffee tables where not cleaned properly.

It's always nice there. We got an outside room and the carpet was felt dirty and sticky when not wearing shoes. Overall nice staff and was clean for the most part.

The air conditioner needs to be updated. I like the buffet but got charged more than advertised. Also way too many outside people. Need to rearrange the set up. Tenants and outside people...too much going on.

We were not impressed at all with the breakfast. The waffle maker was blocked off, the food was all cold, water came out of the juice dispensers, the floor was all wet around the drink station. The hotel is dated but clean. Only one elevator was in operation.

Absolutely loved this hotel not only was the staff very friendly and inviting but they also serve Free Breakfast from 6 to 9 am and you get two free drinks per person from 5:30 pm to 7pm which is a steal of you ask me not to mention they have an indoor/outdoor pool Hot Tub and a play area for children to play. Among other stuff

It was overall great just the air conditioning was not working properly, but other then that was a great stay , food at restaurant was not something I’d eat again . Breakfast was ok
