Brito Bar

Room was switched to Handicap and did not get water view room, king bed and 8ft sofa bed that I reserved (most disappointing. Also no shower mat in shower and missing shower floor mat night 1.

Clean and modern.

Glassware and robes in the room would be nice. Rental bikes need maintenance. Some front desk staff dressed casually in jeans they looked like customers.

Quite expensive for hotel in this location, though on the Marina is stunning, unless your driving it's taxi for anything, not much in the area without venturing out, at least 15mins by foot to nearest store. Hotel had outside terrace that was only open for functions, charged additional $10 per day for a list of items that can be utilised once per day which includes WiFi which was £5 per day and the only item we used. Need to repair many of their laundry appliances as around 4 out of 8 or 9 machines work.

AVG $300 per night for a small though clean room and access to heated pool is very expensive, mandatory $10 fee for additional activities is becoming like resort fees charged in Vegas

Venice Beach 3/10 mile away thru pretty gardens and ped bridge, pier 8/10 mile

You need to fix your booking.com entry as it says checkout noon, check in 3 so we had to wait around for an hour for our room (because at the hotel they said check in 4pm, checkout 11am), though they did give us a free 2pm checkout and 2 drinks, also for almost $600 including parking, I would think you might have complimentary lotion, mouthwash etc. Absolutely no extras given. Also, the 2pm checkout didn't get put on record originally and then housekeeping kept missing it, calling and coming by several times (the first at 9am!) and the last time saying we were late and then realizing after looking at it, that we weren't late.

A relaxing, welcoming place to relax, walk and regroup after the after the hustle and bustle of LA.

If you like pleasure boats and marinas, this location doesn’t get any better. Great views from all areas of hotel. Restaurant and bar overlook marina with easy access to great walking. Food was quality and quantity. Room were larger than most and bathroom was even bigger. Hotel had guest laundry facilities—welcome after a week of travelling.

Would like to be notified about the $45 per night parking charge. My husband and I both woke up with bug bites all over. Paid on a debit card for lunch then was added as a room charge of $75 also! Still trying to get it back!

Well located to LAX airport, nice area, not many restaurants, thought it was expensive.

Staff not overly friendly except bar staff. Nice fitness and pool. Close drive to Venice Beach, Santa Monica etc.

Room not very big, a bit pricey for what it was, asked for a marina view room but was not visible, only sideways when I stood at the window at extra costs would not bother. Breakfast place expensive, better to drive to Ralph's and pick up better quality croissants! Parking in the area is difficult, so you are cornered into using the valet parking service at $45 per day!
