Good place to get some sleep for a business trip.

Scott, at the front desk, was quick, polite and efficient. Best things: The parking is right in front of the hotel and right off Hwy 101 The shower, the towels are good quality. Trail Dust, best brisket breakfast tacos (7am- to?) are close by. Plus, there are many off tasty restaurants nearby.

The beds were a little soft for my back. The room is a little dingy, but overall is good shape. The towels are good.

Great property at a great price!

This is a beautiful property. Room was gorgeous and spacious and so was the bathroom. Quick check in and out. Quiet, comfortable well decorated. Very impressed.

Comfortable, but staff was very disappointing.

Room and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was not provided when it was supposed to be open. Unable to reach staff by phone in room even after 5 attempts. A pack and play was provided upon request for my 1 year old, but no bedding was supplied and I had to use bath towels and the comforter cover to make bedding.

Great area, but was not worth the pay at the time. No Internet made a business trip very hard.

Relaxing business hotel near San Jose

Very conveniently located in Morgan Hill. Quiet location. Very friendly staff. There's lots of space in lobby for business meetings.

we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

it was well furnished. staff was friendly. the bed! was comfortable. pillows were fluffy but would flatten out. bathroom was very clean. not as up to date as the rest of the room. I loved that we had the option to sign into our Netflix account instead of watching hotel room cable

They advertised a pool.There's NO pool. False advertising. Would have booked elsewhere had I known.

They advertised that there was a pool. There was NO pool. They also advertised that you could purchase breakfast for $10. You couldn't unless you were a member.

Frustrated with what the website shows and what actually is available

Beds were comfortable.

We came because the website showed a pool which was not the case. The front desk said the other property across the street did have a pool that could be used but it was under maintenance. We were no happy. The room was very musty had to get candle to get rid of smell.

Bummed that there was no breakfast to purchase on a Monday. The staff was very helpful and kind.

I didn't like that my neighbors partied all night long, it kept me up. I did tell the front desk in the early hours on the morning and they addressed it right away. thank you

Superb

Good hospitality feeling, clean called the front desk for a shower cap. Promptly was delivered to our room! The Cafe staff was no so welcoming or friendly 😕

Great staff, facilities are the issue.

The staff were all so pleasant. Everyone carried themselves with the perfect combination of friendliness and professionalism.

The pillows are HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE. Unsleepable. The A/C was not only incredibly, laughably, infuriatingly loud, but it seemed to have the capacity to do only two things: Leave the room hot and blast it into Arctic chill. We both spent most of each night managing pillow misery and pulling the covers up (it would get so cold we got another blanket!) and kicking them off (it gave my now-husband a taste of what menopause is like!). Both of these things can be so easily fixed. The manager should spend a night trying to sleep in that room. Seriously.
