Residence Inn by Marriott San Jose South Morgan Hill

It was clean except 5he bathroom floor tile was broken in one corner then the shower door would not close all the way. Beside that the room was clean comfortable.

The $150 dollar non refundable pet fee . Non refundable doubled the room rate was discouraging. Compare to other room rates and pet fees it is high.

That I had to pay $14 to park my car that should be included in the price of the room, not an extra charge. Also the garbage trucks at 8am

perfect location for everything staff was great and the whole stay was wonderful

the view was the only problem

The property was in an excellent location in Morgan Hill, and it was close to the downtown area, and in a quiet location.

I actually had booked a room that had shown false market with much larger square footage (than actually received), and it was supposed to have a pullout couch. Unfortunately, the only room they supposedly had remaining did not have a pullout couch. The desk attendant at the time of the check in thought the room had one, but it was just a normal couch, so it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. He was very nice, but supposedly there were no other rooms available. It was disappointing as a booking user, and as an Marriott Bonvoy member that I had to stay in a room that was falsely advertised on booking as much larger, and did not have a comfortable sleeping situation for two travelers. In addition, at first the hotel staff member told me I didn’t have a reservation there even though, I had booked it over 2 hours in advance, anf had immediately messaged the property. He later said the reservation was just “sent over to him”. He did find me the supposedly one remaining room, but obviously it didn’t fit the description of the listing at all, and not designed for two travelers.
