The room was awful. Huge mold spots on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room has a stale smell. They had a truck on blocks in the parking lot. Ice machine was slimy and disgusting. We sent you an email with pictures and still no reply.

This rooms looked like they are maintained by a total dyi staff that doesn't know what a hotel room should look like. The amenities were dated or outdated. My staff told be his room was dirty, including rodent droppings in the dresser drawers. I was close to the laundry room which ran loads during the night. The noise was terrible. Also, the breakfast hour started at 7:30, which was late since we were there on business. So, we had to get a McDonalds on the way to the job.

During my recent stay at the Executive Inn in Morgan Hill, I found the older motel surprisingly comfortable and well-maintained. No trash can, no coat hangers, smoke detector hanging by its wires from ceiling, phone not working. Room furniture and the room itself pretty old, could use some upgrade.

Staff was horrible! Lady kept coming to my door to check if i had dog. Threatened to charge me 100 a night pwr dog. I had no dog. I asked for handicap room. No railings and i almost fell out of the tub. People next to me told me that thwir bed waa full of bed bugs

Run down motel, you get what you pay for. The continental breakfast was a joke, Tampico punch, tater tots, white bread.

Run down, beds are lumpy and uncomfortable, linens are are starchy and irritating on the skin, breakfast was a few slices of bread and some hard boiled eggs, carpets are sticky in the rooms..... If you need a safe place for one night it will be ok but it's rough.

The breakfast was laughable. They didnt even have those pre wrapped pastries as an alternative. There was maybe 1/2 a loaf of dry white bread on a tray, and tater tots as the hot food. No eggs, no fruit no juice. There was a dry cereal dispenser with a blend of several types, and there was milk.
Pet fee was $50 per day per animal. We were charged 3 days pet fee for 2 night stay. There was also a 47 fee for "upgrades"
I will not choose this property again.

It was gross but the last place in town that had a room. There were stains on the wall, my 8 year old found a vape under the bed and the fire alarm was missing. Not the best and Definitely not worth what we paid

I drove around the back of the hotel to find a parking and saw something like homeless encampment at one corner with lots of trash and junks around. I didn't feel safe parking my car there and ended up parking in front where the receptionist can see my car.

I will never stay here again! There were holes in the wall, missing electrical plates, filthy shower. The ice machine looked like a health hazard!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE .. I repeat do not stay here! This place doesn't look like the pictures the rooms are disgusting! The ac unit was broken and in order to turn it on you would have to press through wires, the doors were falling off the hinges, the furniture looks like it was picked up off the side of the road, the wallpaper was falling off the walls and was just taped back on. We also felt unsafe and had an uneasy feeling about staying here so we check out immediately. When we requested a refund the owner just argued and refused to give us our money back. Hotels.com needs to take this place off of their website!

The check in went smooth and quick. After getting to our room we noticed a smoke smell which it should not have, we also noticed it wasn’t spot clean and that made us check the bed. To our surprise the sheets where all stained and dirty with hair.y husband and I were grossed out by this, but to add to this the couch had cigarette burns and dirty stains. There was no way we were staying there. We took out our things out and went to the lobby I told the person at the front desk about it. He explained that he gave us a smoke free room and that the bed sheets had been changed and should be clean, I told him I’d like my refund, he explained that it wasn’t going to be possible I told him o wasn’t planning on sleeping there he ignored me. He never seem to care, he didn’t offer another room or to even go check the room.
I was tired and don’t like to argue but I hate to stay quite about this.
Do your self a favor and DO NOT STAY there!

There was nothing I liked. Felt unsafe, sheets dirty with hair on them, shower curtain moldy. So called sofa sitting area was 3 inches off the floor. Plumbing in shower was broken. When the bathroom got steamed up because the fan ran but didn't work, the steamed mirror showed a Swastika and with the words Death to ?? people.. Paid for three nights and left after one night.

My room was filthy, clothes were left from the previous guest that stayed there, microwave still had a plate of food, bathroom had hair everywhere, my mattress was discussing the couch had dirty stains all over cigarette burns tried to cover it with a couch cover and even than that was disgusting when asked to change rooms was told they’re were none abatible when the whole hotel was empty! Never again!

Property and room are not updated. Carpet is soiled and dirty. AC is too dusty. Too noisy due to next room neighbor play karaoke at 12pm till 2pm. So disappointed.

First time having such bad experience in a hotel!! It's not the pictures that are posted on line to show those pictures are very old!! Theres homeless leaving in the back parking lot the smoke alarm was off the ceiling no tv control trashy looking on the back by the pool and breakfast was included yet we never seen no breakfast at all!! So disappointed!!

I liked the price, but I didn't like the cleanliness. There was old dirt underneath the couch and in between the cushions. The mattress encasement was ripped and did not seal off the mattress to prevent pest infestations. It wasn't even recently torn, it looked torn for years. Also the electrical outlet was lose and didn't hold a plug inside when plugged in.
