The staff was friendly, they were able to accommodate us next to our family, the beds were so comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The patio from the room was very cute, but we were unable to use it due to the rain. There’s always a next time.

Check in was challenging. Our reservation was not received at check in. We had to call customer service and the service was abrupt. They hung up on us twice and the hotel once.

Don’t stay on the first floor. Stayed 2 nights Kids staying upstairs slamming doors and I am guessing jumping off the beds A few times thought they were coming through the ceiling. Had to pay to park in hotel parking lot.

We went into our supposedly clean room and there were old french fries and lettuce sitting on the sofa and around the sofa. There weren’t any sheets on the pull-out sofa. Just a dirty mattress that when you laid down on it you fell in a huge dip in the middle. The doors had dirt from peoples hands. At night there was what sounded like a toddler running back and forth above us and outside there were people yelling and screaming. The cars were very loud around the hotel as well. We were also right next to a side entrance door that would slam every time someone went through it which we could hear perfectly in our room. We got no sleep and it was dirty. We will never stay there again.

Because we didn’t have the option of choosing what type of breakfast we could get on the Expedia website, we were only given a cold bagel & muffin plus we were pointed at in front of all the other guest as a way to identify who gets the cold meal because the staff wanted to make sure we didn’t eat anything eise

The Desk Staff and Housekeeping, we’re great. My wife was ill and they were able to get us an early check in so she wasn’t stuck in the car.

I loved the bed. it was very comfortable. I slept so well, which is one of the challenges in general when I go to hotels.

I don’t want to be in a room with a door lock off to an adjoining room. You can hear everything. And when you have a toddler next door playing until after midnight it doesn’t work for me who has to get up early. In the future I will request a room with 4 walls and no doors to adjoining room. Other than that I will come back again.

I think this area is fine…lots of restaurants and grocery stores, so we were able to get our meals easily. The front desk attendant was very nice and friendly.

The room was clean and didn’t smell like a hotel room. The area was nice as it was close to an In-n-out and gas station with a convenience store. There’s a strip mall right across the street and easy access to the freeway. It was comfortable and clean. The only down side is that they have no complimentary breakfast or coffee or anything like that but those items are available for purchase in the lobby.

The lobby was very clean and the lady at the front desk was very professional. The room I stayed in was also very clean and comfortable. There's a good selection of eateries around the hotel if you don't feel like dining at the hotel restaurant. Overall it was fantastic 👍 will stay again in the future.

Easy and early check in very nice due to our long flight and feeling tried . We didn't have to sit in the lobby . The beds were comfortable not too soft and not too hard. The shampoo conditioner and body wash was readily available and the nice large towels and the only downside was the Internet service there in that area of Morgan Hill Wi-Fi seem good on the TV at times but on our own cell phones out walking about cell phone service was breaking up and slow

The only issue I had was the leak in the wall. With the heavy rain it soaked the floor under the wall unit. I notified staff of the issue and they switched rooms for me immediately

The water from the shower flows very little. Other than this everything went well, very clean room. There's no free breakfast included. The staff at the front desk are nice and courteous.
