Cockroaches in the kitchen ants in the kitchen the smell of poison everytime we came back after being outside have to Earl for like good 5 minutes before it smelled normal The hotplates was a Hit and miss one plate Stop working in total other times you would Burn stuff on three and barely get any heat on 6 the picture was One of his former apartments not the one we stayed in Toilet was okay sometimes it was a burning hot in there and sometimes there was coming a nasty smell from the drains Ii

Served its purpose.

Served its purpose. we participate in TOUR DE ILOILO. The Iloilo bike festival was LITERALLY outside the property. Its very convenient and walking distance to festive walk mall. The property is clean and comfy.

The room smell like poop when you lie down near the bed rest. The shower head is kinda broken and the drainage of the shower is not working properly.

Relaxing and hassle free stay

Staff and unit owner are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is quite clean and cozy. We liked the ambience. The unit has an amazing view over the pool area.

Not much that i dont like it's one of the cons when staying in a condo so i don't take against the unit.

location, proximity to restaurant, groceries and mall.

the unit 7M was filthy, smelly and cockroach infested. any kitchen drawers you open, you will cockroaches and its droppings.

Suberb. Quiet and comfortable stay.

Price was cheap base on its location. Did not expect free wifi, large smart TV with Netflix and Yotube was avaiable. Kitchen was complete with electric stove top and toaster. The 4 pools and 2 fitness center is superb.

Funny smell emiting from the drain due to construction fixing sewerage system of the building. It was not so bad once the exhaust fan and aircon is turned on.

every was close buy what we needed especially to make copies and eating and shopping .

there where these baby fly that came popping up in our room . i must off killing 100 during my whole stay . and the Recycle room high tons of bugs I must killed a dozen of them or more in the hallway otherwise the facility was really good. and they only offer two towels for the whole stay of 16 days .

It is good for us two of my friend, we are able to stay calm in this unit for 4days in taking our board exam in the city.

We were alarmed by how the faucet leaked but it was resolved immediately. if it was checked by the time maybe we were not able to experience some problem.
