Location, food and staff
The hot water keeps on playing up so i need to tell the front desk several times to fix it and the water for the toilet is so slow that u cant flush it properly so we have to use the trash can to fill up some water and flush for the entire stay..

The location and the staff
The early check in fee i think a bit too much.. for an hour early i was ask to pay 1k..our hot water wasn’t working, flush in the toilet not working properly and our blanket got a torn.
