The staff was nice and they help us each time.
Free water at corridor.
Hot shower and good pressure. Amenities.
Comfortable bed and not very noisy at night. At morning typical city noise.
There were ants in the main door and bathroom, so if you stay careful with the food.( It is not a big deal) .
The neighborhood seems normal area but avoid to walk at night (I am Caucasian living 1 year half in Manila).
