Great facility and staff.

Christina is 11 stars out of 10. Very accommodating and took initiative which rarely happens in any business currently. Very pleasant and very personable.

I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. Furthermore, It did not meet my expectation.

It was disappointing when I highlighted that the sheets were soiled and returned to the hotel they were not changed. I highlighted this again and was told that they have no clean sheets and was given a duvet with no cover and was told that is the best that could be done. Upon my insistence, my room was then changed. However, I will like to comment on the Gym which I found was of a good standard.

The breakfast was good, however, there was no variety, and it was the same every morning. There was a smell of smoke in the corridors throughout my stay. My room has not been cleaned for 4 days. The bin was not empty for 4 days. The bath towels were very small and had not been replenished throughout my stay without my request for them to do so. The pool did not look clean. It was just not good enough.

Live termites crawling on the floor of the dining area and little clusters in the corners of the room as well . for a basic nice hotel (no large luxury type amenities ) I feel $125 a night is a little high .

it was worth staying there

the people at the reception were helpful and impressive and rooms were clean and in good condition and also microwave was available

i couldn’t eat breakfast at 06:30 am because I was fasting so you had to take meal before 05:30 am so I couldn’t eat anything.

Not worth the price.

No ice bucket, had to ask & then no lid and wrong bag. Fan on HVAC did not work on high. None of the usual bathroom amenities. Poor lighting in parking lot. Have stayed here many times in the last 15 years, but this was my last time. Too many other better places to stay in the Bethany area at the same or lower prices.

Disappointing to something that could have been an easy fix.

The bed was comfortable and it was near where we needed to be for the weekend. (Bethany)

There was no TV in the room, they told us there was nothing they could do about it, the hair dryer was missing from the wall, the lobby reeked of marijuana. We checked out a day early - they wouldn't call a manager on a Sunday to discuss. Told me I would just have to get with you. Emailed them, it took them until today, Sept 15th, for them to respond after I threatened to escalate the situation.

Good bed, good sleep, clean room.

Breakfast was better than expected. Emerson Sparks - gentleman at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful. He was professional and made me feel welcome. A superstar.

Arrived late 11:30pm - parking lot needs more lighting. There were four young men leaning on cars drinking beer and watching me park and take my bag. One walked around my car while looking only at me. I thought this was probably funny for them, but it was a concern.

overall, a great place with friendly staff.

the bed was extremely comfortable. the housekeeper went out of her way to get my baby’s cup to me because we forgot it in the room, and I was searching the car for it when she ran outside looking for us! I was beyond thankful, as she definitely DID NOT have to do that ❤️

the room stayed kinda hot even with the AC on high, but luckily temps outside weren’t too bad so it didn’t get extremely bad. I feel like it was a little overpriced, personally, just because it’s a little outdated and seemed to need some maintenance.

The hot tub wasn’t working at this time but it wasn’t a big deal cause it was 115 degrees outside

We did not stay here, and was told I could cancel, but I was still charged.

The pool was closed. The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful and said they would waive my cancellation fee if we didn’t want to check in. So we requested it, and went to a different hotel. But so far my request has not been granted and I’ve paid for a room I did not stay in.
