The front desk lady contacted me asking when would we arrive .... Then called back and stated she was canceling the reservation because it was not prepaid! An had a nasty attitude after I stated she had no right too do so! I then called Corporate and filed a complaint. We had already had a hard time finding an open location too stay at due too numerous activities going on in the area we ended up not finding another room and had too stay an hour away from our actual location!!!!

The front desk woman! An the fact that nothing was done about the way we were treated!

nothing about this property. drove from dallas to get to the motel at 11 for them to not have any rooms available. front desk was very rude and not helpful. told me that sucks.

Staff was very helpful.

Kitchen light & light above. TV didn't work. No cookware or utensils. Refrigerator ws dirty & wouldn't get cold. Coffee maker & pot was nasty. Cabinets & drawers dirty & damaged, stove top need to be cleaned & repaired control knob missing NPMirror inside door was smeared.& floor needs to be mopped. Clock appeared to be new but when I tried to set alarm minute button didn't work. Walls need cleaned & repaired. Use to be nice

I recommend on new towels and linens but over all the location was the best feature

I like how close it was to everything and the fact I could park in front of the room door.

the towels we got were not clean whatsoever nor was the linens. checkout is at 11 but we had someone bang on our door at 9 to ask if we were staying another night. we have a 3 year old in the room with us and I felt very disrespected from the facility when that question could’ve waited until checkout time.

The shower head didn’t work and the stovetop didn’t work either.

the property was good

The first room we went to should be non smoker but smell of cigarettes. we don’t smoke so got a second room an no smell of smoke. we stay in it then we noticed next morning the refrigerator wasn’t working on the cold side but the freezer was working. I didn’t have time to change room again so i just work with it.

What breakfast? Not advised. Rm dirty, kitchen lt burned out, reported it. Advised it wld be fixed next day after we left. Heat was hard to figure out. Asked for Queen bed. No one contacted us. Given full bed which was very hard. Too much light coming in under curtain.

The advertising of the months rates (even if not honored not me)

I had to run and do some errands and drop my brother off and when I got back my key did not work for my room not did the offices key work after waiting until the next day for the door to unlocked not only was everything owned gone but I was charged for my room and being destroyed and and drugs being scattered in my room it was not like that before I left but I got baned and now fines for I have to pay for the room when nothing I owned was no longer in there except a few of my car prescription that I don't even remember feeling I also was not refunded for now being made home less once again and slot of my mail did not get to me instead I was only giving fake mail or not giving any at all I haven't seen my class mates working up there and feel as tho they may have lost there job and income for not working for the crocks I don't like that they refuse to treat any one that does not book on the my6 website
