Everywhere I turned somebody was cleaning something. The property is located close to downtown OKC and other areas.

The location was great. Right in the middle of everything that we needed. There are good breakfast choices and coffee all day and night.

​I am writing to express my significant disappointment with the issues my family and I encountered during our 10-day stay. Our experience was consistently unsatisfactory, and we received no meaningful assistance from the staff until the day we checked out. ​We faced multiple problems with our room and the hotel's services: ​Housekeeping: Our room was not properly stocked upon arrival. We had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities like coffee, towels, and soap. On one occasion, I asked the front desk for soap but never received it. When I brought this up with a manager, my concerns were dismissed. ​Noise and Staff Behavior: The noise from staff was unacceptable. One housekeeper was audibly yelling at another employee before 8 a.m. on a weekend. We also heard another employee loudly playing a Spanish show or music, which was so loud that we could hear it clearly inside our room. ​Laundry Facilities: We attempted to use the laundry facilities, but clothes had been left in a dryer for over an hour. When we asked the front desk for help, a staff member told me, a guest, to remove the other customer's clothes from the dryer. This is an inappropriate request and contradicts the hotel's own policy posted on the sign. ​Drug Use: For the first four days of our stay, the smell of marijuana was strong on our floor, particularly at the end of the hall near our room. ​Lack of Communication: I attempted to speak with the general manager several times throughout our stay, but they were never available. I then sent an email detailing our experience, but I never received a response. It was not until the day we checked out that I spoke with a manager who was genuinely shocked by our experience and the lack of support we received. My family and I chose to stay with your hotel for 10 days, and the number of unresolved issues was deeply frustrating.
