It was a lovely stay for LA!

Location and staff were wonderful—not stuffy, but friendly and kind! Location was perfect for a visit with our daughter in Brentwood.

Shower pressure could have been stronger. We were not crazy about Lemongrass soaps.

Perfect hotel

Everything was perfect, the stuff always happy and friendly. The room was cleaned every day even if we forgot to leave the sign on the door. I recommend

Not happy with this hotel anymore

Loved the staff and bed.

First off this was one of my favorite hotels until they closed the balcony off without even telling me i booked a hotel with balcony and didn’t have access without even telling me i was very upset and needed fresh air all night!

Nice place. Great location. Technology failure.

Location was good especially for the event I was attending. A lot of traffic.

The key card would not work for my room. I and my son had to come down at five times to get the key card to be rebooted. Very frustrating. I didn’t see it was $40.00 per car to park your car.

Will be back!

It’s great! Right off the 405, you can go anywhere, and during peak hour you can easily jump on a surface street and get around the majority of it! The staff are great! 24/7 Valet, Security Presence at night in the lobby which is great, he’s very nice! The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable! The views are good, balconies are locked for safety. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the view from it is awesome!

It’s strictly Valet parking, we would have preferred a self park option. But it wasn’t that big of an issue.

Suggesting find another place to stay.

Facility looks new.

Too noisy during the night because of highway traffic. The parking lot is not open to the customers but only valet parking. And, it charges $40 for valet parking service which was not disclosed during the time when booked with booking.com

Over charged

Hello, Please note hotel Angeleno Los Angeles has charged us extra $206/- for our booking for 2 nights stay. We have already been charged fully for two nights (please see details attached below). We asked the front desk while hotel check-out and we were told there are no extra charges, then why have they deducted $206/- extra? Please get the amount refunded. Kind regards Neeti

It was a really nice hotel in a nice area of LA. The freeway noise was my only complaint.

My room was incredibly comfortable and clean.

I would like the freeway noise to be blocked out a little better. But, it was nice to have a balcony.

Staff was very good. Doesn’t worth the money I paid at all.

The location could be a good factor however it was very noisy due to the bad sound isolation. You could hear all noises coming from the near highway.

Noisy, old style decoration, toilet had a transparent door, air ventilation in bathroom didn’t work.

Very good

The pool was the perfect temperature, with a super cute lounge area. The food from the restaurant was great. And the room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again

The property was clean. The staff is nice and the restaurant have great food with a beautiful view.

Great value, clean and no hassle

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very easy to get in and out of. The valets were super attentive, and the front desk receptionists were welcoming and informative. It overlooks the 405 freeway, so it was very efficient for getting around town. It was clean, modern, and a good value for the price in that area.

The room was small but not tiny--so it was still comfortable. There was a little freeway noise, but it wasn't anything that kept us awake.

The room was spacious and clean. Hotel within walking distance from UCLA -- the walk from campus felt quite safe throughout most of the day, probably better to take a cab in the night.

My room was facing the highway which made it rather noisy, also during night.

Not the worst ever.

The location was good. The staff was friendly.

Cockroach was in the room. I killed it and showed a picture to the staff and was offered a different room that was on the highway side. None of outlets worked. Hairdryer didn't work & was not given a replacement. Coffee pot was moldy. Pillows were very cheap.
