Everyone was incredibly personable and the place is so beautiful. High end resort feel with feeling at home.

Great stay! The staff was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and welcoming—from the front desk team, to our waiter Andres, who was incredibly nice, and the valet attendants who took great care of us. The location is excellent, right off the freeway and just minutes from Starbucks. The hotel shuttle service was a nice touch, transporting guests from the lower level to the upper level in a BMW, which definitely added to the LA vibe. Overall, a great experience with outstanding service and a convenient location. We would definitely stay here again

Great location for Brentwood . Valet staff was lovely. Nice bar area with food. Large room

Coffee was absolutely horrible. Rooms are very old (paint, lighting, etc) but good enough. There was a giant cockroach in the hallway and I told the front desk who wasn’t the least bit bothered or couldn’t even fake being upset. Parking and food are very expensive relative to the condition of the rooms.
